I emailed BeastBay late on a Monday afternoon, got a fast reply, their dispatcher called the next morning Tuesday at 10 AM, and sent a guy out that day (the week of Thanksgiving no less). They had given me a window of between 1 and 3 PM and Jovan showed up right at 1 PM. NICE! Love this guy. Jovan is friendly, fast, efficient, professional (CLEARLY knows what he's doing), and was respectful of our property. The quote he gave me (for switching out an old rusted shut-off value and hose from 1974) was WAY less than I expected at 200 bucks. He got the job done toot sweet and was out in less than 90 minutes. HIGHLY recommended!

Beastbay was quick to respond to my request on Yelp. An appointment was scheduled the quickly. Beastbay Plumbing came out on time (on a stormy day) and helped us out with our project. Their honesty, effort, and support was much appreciated. Shout out to Jovan for going above and beyond on helping us out. Beastbay plumbing will be our go-to for any future plumbing needs.

We've been using Beast Bay Plumbing for years now. Every time we have an issue, they always have a great response time and fantastic service. Pet friendly and willing to work with us when it comes solutions to our problems. I can not recommend them strongly enough for the service they provide. As far as I care, they are the only plumbers in town when my pipes spring a leak.

About 8 months ago, I called for a plumber to check for a foul smell in the house which cost me thousands of dollars to repair pipes. After making the payments, I thought the problem was resolved and couldn't figure out why the smell was still there. Recently, I had contacted Beastbay Plumbing and the technician Daniel came out. He went under the house and there was a flood of water from a busted pipes. Daniel reassure that he would get the job done for a reasonable price which he did and I appreciate the work he had done.

I had an outstanding experience with James Riggins from Beastbay Plumbing! After recently installing a new ice machine, I discovered a leak that needed immediate attention. James quickly diagnosed the problem and found that the original plumber had used a cheap plastic part for the connection to the appliance. He replaced it with a high-quality metal flexible part and ensured everything was working perfectly before he left.
Jamess expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. He took the time to explain what went wrong and how he fixed it, which I really appreciated. He wore booties and brought in a mat to keep my house extra clean -> pro and considerate. Love that!
Its rare to find such quality service these days, but James exceeded all my expectations. On top of that, James is a really nice guy with integrity. I highly recommend James Riggins and Beastbay Plumbing for any plumbing repairsespecially if you want the job done right the first time!

I had an excellent experience with Beastbay Plumbing! James installed a tankless water heater for me, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was incredibly timely, arriving right on schedule and getting straight to work. Not only was James friendly and professional, but he also kept me well informed throughout the entire process, explaining each step and answering all my questions. James was amazing. So personable and friendly and generous with his time and advice / pointers. I asked a lot of questions so I can learn how to better maintain the kitchen sink, pipes and clean out in the long run. James trained with the best in San Jose so hes a real expert.
He identified the issue with my system right away and diligently fixed everything.
I will definitely call James next time when I need his help.

James R. From beast plumbing came by to address a possible o ring leak on my toilet. After inspection he gave his honest opinion that it wasnt a leak and no repair was needed. He was also able to an address other plumbing issues in my house as well. I appreciate his honesty and cleanliness.

James was very helpful unclogging my kichen sink. He arrived early, I was able to negotiate a lower price for snaking the sink and left me with some extra parts to address another issue. James especially has excellent customer service.

Awesome quick service called the night before they came out the next day. I was moving out of a rental and our refrigerators water line valve at the wall was broken so we couldn't take it off until it was replaced. Beast bay Plumbing was there replaces valve cut wet wall out and replaced it as well A1 service took about 1hour
