When we first moved to Springfield we began the arduous process of establishing contacts with local businesses and service outlets to make repairs and updates to our property. Over the first couple of years we went through a number of “references” experiencing positive and negative results.
We were eventually directed to Heating +Air Paramedics of the Ozarks. We knew we hit the jackpot after the first service call! We have been loyal patrons ever since and solidly recommend them to anyone needing emergency response or regular scheduled service. Dustin has taken care of us on several occasions over the years. He is experienced, courteous, on-time and a pleasure to work with. You won’t find a more reasonable company in the area!

The absolute best service and best price! My HVAC went out due to a power surge from lightning strike. I needed a new transformer and motherboard. Heating and Air paramedics came to inspect and give us a quote and quoted us far less than what wed been quoted from another company. Dave came to inspect and Dustin later came to do the repairs. Both of these guys did an outstanding job. They took the time to talk through the issue with us and educate us when we had questions. Best price we could find in town, and an honest company with great employees. I will forever use this company going forward. Thank you so much for saving us money and stress. Just thank you. I have nothing but good things to say about these people. I have a Mr. Cool mini split that needed repairs. Other companies refused to work on it, but Dave came to the rescue! I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

Cannot say enough how great of a company this is and David the tech who worked on my AC. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I truly felt he was completely honest with me and they were able to get him here within the hour. He knew exactly what to do as soon as he opened the cover, had it fixed in 15 minutes or so. Highly recommend and Ive had several other companies out for repairs over the years before this one. This by far has been my best experience. There is definitely a good reason this company has 5 stars.

Called Heating + Air Paramedics on Thursday afternoon, and they sent someone out that evening. They walked us through the available financing that we would need and were very responsive with any questions that we had. We were back up and running with cold air by Tuesday afternoon. Very grateful for the quick turnaround time and easy customer service. We will be using again in the future (but hopefully not anytime soon!)

I am so happy with my experience with Heating + Air Paramedics.
The phone call to them - the woman who answered the phone was extremely pleasant! So helpful and kind.
The young man who came to the house, Andy Grider, was wonderful! Very polite and knowledgeable. He discovered what the problem was with my AC unit quickly. He explained everything - what was wrong, why it happened and how he would fix it. Then he got to work and had my AC back up and running in no time. And the cost was so reasonable. I was so happy to pay the bill because it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end and my house was getting cool quickly.
I would highly recommend Heating + Air Paramedics to anyone needing AC assistance. Ill definitely be calling them if I ever need help with my AC again.

Dustin was fantastic. He was thorough, on time, friendly, and helpful. It didnt seem like the fix worked so we called back and he came back the same day and double checked everything and gave us a recommendation for insulation. He even came out a couple days later just to be sure the air conditioner was working as it was supposed to and it was!

This company is what every company should be. I had another company come out and tell me most of my coolant had leaked out, it was no longer made and they would need to put in over 3 pounds at $400 per pound.Then he would need to check the coil for a leak which he suspected was significant and probably couldnt be repaired. I decided to have someone else come out to see if their stories matched. Dustin came out and cleaned the external unit, checked the pressure of the coolant and said it was good. Also, he said the coolant was still being made and would be less than $100 per pound. The repair only cost me about $160. Dustin and the company are honest and fair. I highly recommend them and Im grateful for their integrity.

They went above and beyond to help us get our hvac system up and running again. They came over on a Saturday to diagnose our problem and installed the new system on Tuesday. They communicated well with us and gave us a good price. I highly recommend this company!
