We had our systems replace by My A/C Guy recently and the customer service we have received has been phenomenal. We had a couple small issues after everything was installed and they were quick to have someone come out and address the issues. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. I dont remember the names of everyone that was here for the install but Jake and Jarot have been excellent to work with! This team does a wonderful job keeping everything clean and courteous while coming in our home. We cannot thank you guys enough!

I decided to have my 10 year old A/C unit checked for its performance. I normally keep the outside and inside units cleaned and a visual inspection. I thought maybe my unit was low on refrigeration because it has been working harder to cool more than last year. Jarot was my service tech. He had read the notes but wanted me to explain what was going on. After listening to me, he got to work checking all components, pressures, amps, wiring, and much more. He explained what he was doing at each segment of his work. He took pictures of the inside and outside units for documentation with model names and numbers for future reference, which impressed me. Overall, my units were performing at specs and did not need any additional work. During his inspection of my crawl space, he noted I may wish to repair a small section of some insulation that was missing where my ductwork was. I asked him about their yearly maintenance twice a year and took advantage of the reasonable price, which I did not have to pay for a service call. Now they can clean and inspect twice a year instead of me. I know this is a lot of information, but I have found a new heating and air homegrown business. Stay away from box big companies. Jarot came this morning (7/31/2025) to check our A/C. I'd recommend his work to anyone. He's very personable and kept me informed of everything he encountered while trying to resolve a drainage issue. I like that he takes pictures to show the customer of the equipment/pipes, etc. It gives the customer a visual understanding of what the technician see, especially when the work includes going into dark crawl spaces.

We highly recommend My A/C GUY Heating & Cooling. Hunter and Dillion installed a complete replacement of our unit today. They were right on time. Very professional great personality and hard workers. Not once did they get on their cell phones. They stayed at it until they closed the door on their truck. Heat index way over 100. But, our house is cooling down nicely. The owner Matt and his wife are easy to work with. Everyone made sure that we didn't have questions. They told us step by step what was happening. I could keep on writing. But, you get the point. From the first phone call My A/C Guy was so helpful and informative. Matt came out to diagnose and quote the job then the next bussiness day Jake, Dillan, AJ, and Hunter all came out. Turns out our almost 50 year old new to us house needed all new ductwork and a dehumidifier installed!! These guys are absolutely awesome! They came out late in the evening and stayed til almost 10:30! This has been back in September. We had to have a whole new set up. They gave us awesome pricing and when we had it installed they got the job done quick! We had a little issue no fault to them! But they fixed the issue for no charge!! They are truly awesome people!

Review time! If you ever need HVAC work done, I would highly recommend contacting My A/C Guy Heating & Cooling! My A/c went out, and as we all know thats stressful and no fun. Being in a position where I do lots of quoting, I know first hand that you should always get more than one quote, dont just jump the gun with the first price you get. I found out about My A/C Guy via recommendations on a Facebook post I had made. I had contacted them on a Friday, and by the following Monday they sent a technician out to take another look and give a free second opinion! The technician, Jarret, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was quoted approximately 62% less than that of a quote I got from another company to do the same repairs. After accepting the quote, a few days later I was contacted to schedule for the repairs to take place as soon as I returned home from traveling. Today the same technician returned, arriving on time, made the needed repairs and had my A/C back up and running in no time! I highly recommend My Guy A/C Heating and Cooling!

Matt was quick to come out and got us a quote on our AC install before even leaving. He did everything he could to stay within our budget. Communication through the whole process was great. Jake and AJ were the main guys on the install and did amazing. They worked with me around our sons nap schedule, kept me up to speed on everything that was going on. Everybody was super nice. My husband and I were so very pleased with the service we received from "My A/C Guy Heating and Cooling" . The technician that came to our house was Jarot. He was such a kind and pleasant young man and acted very professional. He made sure we understood what he found wrong, was able to replace the part and get the system up and running in about 15 mins and at a very fair price. He explained the annual warranty program they offered and said that if we decided to learn more about the warranty program, to give him a call. There was no pushy sales pitch. If you find you need a heating and or air conditioning company, give "My A/C Guy" a call, you won't be disappointed.

I manage commercial building maintenance and repair across the east coast and can say without reservation, this was an impeccable experience! My a/c guy stayed with this installation and completed it in one day! A fair and honest price and cut no corners. Honestly I was shocked, because he gave me a discount, I expected to come in and see a new plenum fabricated out of insulation board which rots in time. As you will see in the photos, they made it out of galvanized steel which will last years longer!! No corners cut, high quality Ruud equipment, not the cheapest, and an impeccable installation!
