I had Black Ops out to my home to update the plumbing fixtures in our guest bath. Pricing was very reasonable and they were thorough with their work. Our sink was leaking afterwards and they came out immediately to take a look.
I have since inquired about other projects and have been very pleased with their quick responses and willingness to help.

I had an outstanding experience with Black Ops Plumbing, owned by Anthony. He came out to assess some major plumbing issues stemming from my old Orangeburg pipes and the calcification in my cast iron pipes. Unlike other plumbers who tried to convince me I needed extensive excavation and full pipe replacement which would have cost me over $40,000, Anthony gave me an honest evaluation. He explained that my cast iron pipes could simply be descaled rather than replaced since they were still in decent condition.
His honesty and attention to detail really stood out. He took the time to explain the problem thoroughly and walked me through the best options. On top of that, after they installed a water softener, I ran into a separate issue with one of the pipes. Anthony sent a plumber (Gavin) out at midnight to fix it which showed incredible dedication. Gavin did a great job.
Overall, the service I received from Black Ops Plumbing was exceptional: honest recommendations, skilled work, and incredible responsiveness. I highly recommend Anthony and his team to anyone who wants quality plumbing service they can trust.

Roger and Anthony are an excellent team. Roger first came out to quote us for a new water heater after we struggled with a gas leak and decided to switch our aging system to electric. Wed spoken with several plumbing companies, all with strong reviews, but Black Ops stood out as the most honest, transparent, responsive, and efficient. They clearly explained the work, stayed within the quoted price, and solved a lingering issueeven though it took multiple visits. In the end, they saved us from replacing our water heater and fixed the problem quickly for much less than what some others quoted. Its clear they love their work and see it as a way to help people. Start to finish, they were fantastic.

I call in the morning, and Anthony and Roger promptly arrived the same day to replace the shut off valve in my master bedroom. They did an excellent job.
