We switched to this company as the previous company we used increased their prices and dropped one service in our contract. It was easy to set up an appointment. Mo and his team have been nothing short of amazing. Theyve worked around my chaotic schedule, showed up when they said they would, and treated my home with so much care they left everything spotless every time. They helped me in the summer with AC issues, and then came back recently for my heat, and the fact that the tech remembered me and the situation months later really stood out. Its rare to find service like this these days. I genuinely appreciate the extra effort every step of the way and would recommend them a hundred times over.

Heating + Air Paramedics were recommended to me by my daughter. I called them at 11:00 a.m. and a wonderful and friendly technician named Justin arrived the same day at around 3:00 p.m. He diagnosed the problem, went and got needed part (which was in stock), and fixed the issue. Very pleased with the knowledge, service and promptness.

to be expected with that kind of business as things can take longer than anticipated. I really appreciate the exellent service and thoroughness of the technician. I am very pleased with the information and documentation received about the issues we were having with our HVAC unit. So please that we signed up for the twice a year maintenance program. The technician we had., Justin, explained everything to our satisfaction. A well done job!

My AC died the night before the hottest day of the year. They came out in the morning, diagnosed the problem, proposed a replacement and considered all my concerns and I'm scheduled to have a new unit tomorrow! And, the price was lower than expected.
I had to come back and update this review - the installation crew was also quite friendly, and everything looked great when they left. Stellar work.

Our air conditioner stopped cooling last night. We called Heating and Air Paramedics the next morning to inquire about getting an appointment. They had a technician out to the house within 2 hours. Fixed the problem. The technician was courteous and answered our questions. Would recommend!!

Zach from Heroes Heating and Cooling recently replaced a capacitor in my system. He did a great job and took less than 30 minutes to change out the part. He answered all of my questions and was very cordial and respectful. I appreciate the great customer service, prompt assistance, and fast turnaround to get my unit fixed.

The A/C was out in the breakroom at our automotive shop and Cameron came out, assessed the problems and gave us an estimate with in 30 minutes! The price was extremely reasonable and he had the problems fixed in under an hour. Our technicians have a cool place to get out of the 100 degree weather now! I really liked the text update with the technicians picture! I definitely recommend them for fast professional service!!

Cameron was polite and explained what to expect. He was prompt and really saved our day. Our old dog is sick and Cameron may have even saved his life as we were afraid hed get heat stroke. One thing to note: the price estimated was before tax and we sought landlord approval on the wrong amount. Im guessing thatll be no problem, but customers may want to get clarification on that. The positive vibes, warm smile, and efficient work make me feel a little petty even mentioning the tax, and I would recommend this company and Cameron!

Cameron and his team at Heroes heating and cooling came to our rescue when our AC went out. He came out to my house and diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and made the repair very timely to get our air conditioning back on as fast as possible. He does a great job of communicating, showed up on time, and most of all he is someone that we trust to tell us what we need because I know he acts in his clients best interest! Thank you! Cameron Best came out to our house the same night our HVAC system stopped moving air and did a quick diagnostic. Since it was late in the day, he came back out the next day, but had some issues since the part to replace was rusted into its housing. The following day, a different rep came out and got the system working, but that evening, the blower motor/fan stopped working again. Cameron came out the next day and got a loose screw tightened up that was causing the . Cameron did great work with us, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, 5/5 stars.
Only knocking a star down due to the additional fan issue and additional night of HVAC not working that seemed to be caused by missing a double-check the morning of install.
