Great service. Our technician Gerardo was on time and even called to let us know when he was 15 minutes from arriving. He immediately knew the problem and fixed the constantly running toilet quickly. Replacing the entire inner workings of the tank, he worked efficiently and neat. I also appreciate he wore shoe covers to protect our flooring and carpets. I would definitely call this company again for any plumbing issues.

Gerardo and crew were fantastic! They came and put down coverings on the rugs/floors, covered areas around where they worked, fixed our issue, and then cleaned everything up afterwards leaving our place as clean as it was when they arrived. They clearly communicated the situation and were timely and effective in their work. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Im very pleased with the sewer line repair work, which could have otherwise cost me thousands. Im glad I reached out to Benjamin Franklin, and especially their contact John Smith, who inspected the issue, suggested solutions, and provided competitive pricing. On the repair day, the team completed the work on time, uncovered an additional issue that Cary city fixed free of charge, and even managed to save one of my trees from being cut down!
There was a bit of miscommunication regarding pricing, but in the end, they offered me the best possible ratestill much lower than what others had quoted.

We thought we may have had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Rather than charge us to cut through walls and remove fixtures, our tech suspected it was an older leak from the prior resident He recommended that we keep a close eye and he turned out to be right. Very responsive company! We were in dire straits with a leaking hot water heater. Their rep came out to look, scheduled Eric for the work. Eric set up a new heater and walked us through all the components. Set us up with a leak alarm, too. Honest workers and even more honest companies are hard to come by anymore. I was in panick mode when I discovered our water tank was leaking. Our prior residence water tank was under the house but as our family grew we established a new home in 2005 with the water heater being in a room in the basement so the urgency was intense. In the process of dumping water,I was on the phone speaking with Benjamin Plumbing. We wanted to choose the water heater of our choosing so my wife and I went to the two box stores that night and made purchase. We communicated the purchase with Benjamin and they had us scheduled instantly. Chris Jackson was our tech. He was punctual and very informative. I generally don't write many reviews but this company deserves the accolades. We have plans next year to transform our backyard into an outdoor living space with a kitchen and various water features. We have found the company to not only be the go to for our residential area but we will definetly hire for all of the plumbing needs for that project.
