This was the most outstanding customer service! I called Professional Plumbing LLC after learning that there was some sort of back up in our pipes causing water to come out of the tub drain when flushing the toilet. Shane answered all of my questions regarding pricing and what type of work he would be doing to fix the issue with my plumbing. He even went as far as to send me YouTube videos of how hydro jetting works to ensure my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. When he arrived at our house he was extremely respectful and transparent about what he was doing. Before completing the job he showed me the video of the inside of my pipes to show that he cleared the cause of the clog. Ive used a lot of plumbing companies in the past and Shane is by far the best due to the fact that he is straight forward, honest, does a great job, and truly cares about his customers! Will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to family and friends! 10/10 service

Shane and team at Professional Plumbing were outstanding in fixing my plugged sewer line! They communicated clearly and were very transparent about costs. They came out to scope and jet quickly to clear the line. Showed me the source of the problem was a root clog on camera and explained their process to address it. They located the clog point with distance estimate and dug out the section of clogged/broken pipe. They replaced the clogged section, jetted the remaining roots, then they showed me on camera the cleared line to the street and filled the hole to cleanup. Great communication, great service, amazing team, six stars, highly recommend!

Professional plumbing was amazing
They were fast and reliable. They came out and replaced all my clean water line replacing everything from the meter and throughout the house. They replaced several sewage lines making sure there was no leaks. Their teamwork and communication was one point and they wanted to make sure everything was perfect and running smoothly.
I am very grateful for the team at professional plumbing. I will always be calling them for any of my plumbing needs from now on.

Amazing. We go way back. I called Shane on Christmas eve severall years ago to a flooded basement. He came right out took care of the problem. Christmas saved. He told me sooner rather than later I was going to need pipes replaced. fast forward this summer, basement floods again I'm replacing pipes. not cheap but I knew it was coming. Shane
and company dug up the yard did all the work keeping me posted all the whole time. They are great to work with.

I could not be more appreciative of Shane and his team. I called with a water line leak in my front yard and they showed up the same day and repaired it. It just so happened a separate issue arose that same night and they showed up again the next day. Communication was great, the team was friendly (talked me off the ledge a few times), professional, all around great service. Highly recommend.

Washing machine drain was blocked. When the spin cycle started, water sprayed all over the garage. Called Professional Plumbing early Friday evening. They were able to come out Saturday morning and got the drain cleared for us. Very good, very prompt and VERY appreciated service. Highly recommended!

The short story is my drain pipe rusted out so I needed a plumber. Fortunately I run into a Plumbing company on my job a while back. Shane from Professional Plumbers. Shane and Cody installed a new garbage disposal in our kitchen sink where we didnt have one before. I wasnt even sure it could be done, but Shane figured it out right away and within one day it was installed and working perfectly. Highly recommended Shane Martin and his associate Cody. Great work, reasonable cost, quick response, and great communication. Just one quick call to Shane, who was recommended by a neighbor in Edmonds, and it was immediately in progress and done. Ill leave pictures of the garbage disposal before and after installation.

After several months of a slow drain issue with the bathtub in the downstairs bathroom of my split level, it actually stopped draining last night as the tub filled up with water made murky and gunky from the drain it shares w/ the kitchen sink upstairs. Left Shane an email and called him the next morning. He was immediately responsive and talked through the potential problems over the phone and was able to send a couple of his guys over later in the early afternoon. They proceeded to hydro jet from the drain cleanout under the kitchen sink upstairs and whatever blockage cleared out. Not the cheapest fix, but the issue was quickly resolved. Would likely use their services again b/c of how responsive and quickly they tended to the problem.

Shane was beyond knowledgeable and responsive. He came out within 2 hours of me calling him, and was friendly, courteous and professional. He went above and beyond what was needed and fixed all of my plumbing issues. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. I highly recommend this company.

Professional Plumbing completed the installation of a whole new water mainline yesterday, March 9, 2023. This is our 33rd year at this location and I repaired the main line 3 years ago when the detected leak location was relatively easy to get to. Not so this time, as the leak was detected under a 6" slab of concrete at the front entrance to the house. Rather than repair a 45-year-old water line again, I decided to go all in and replace it from the meter, to the house, a run of about100'.
To start the process, I sent out requests for bids as well and asked members of our HOA for recommendations. Shane and Professional Plumbing was one of the companies that came highly recommended. On top of that, Shane was the most responsive and gave a very detailed quote, describing how the job was to be done, the materials to be used and gave me a couple suggestions for improving the current system.
Forwarning: Replacing a mainline is not an inexpensive proposition! However, the quote I got from Professional Plumbing was not only the best one I rec'd, it was also the most detailed and presented in a professional and timely manner.
Professional Plumbing showed up when they said they would and completed the job with absolutely no disruption to our daily routine...other than having to shut the old main line down while they tied in the new one, but we expected that to happen and planned accordingly.
Every person on that job was a delight to have around. None of them ever complained about having this homeowner looking over their shoulder. In fact, Shane encouraged my many questions and was more than happy to explain all the awesome equipment they were using. The entire process was well orchestrated.
When Professional Plumbing was done with the job, Shane took the time to walk me through everything they had done, where all the shut off's were located and where the additional shut off's were added. And, they replaced all the old gate valves and put in very nice quarter-turn ball valves! They even put an in-line shut-off going to an outside hose bib so I could easily winterize it.
All the holes and trenches were backfilled and smoothed neatly; you would hardly know they were even here.
I have had the opportunity to work with many, builders, electricians, plumbers, fencing companies, painters and installers over the years. I would have to say that Professional Plumbing is absolutely top-notch. Not only does Shane present himself well, but actually takes a lot of pride in the work he and his crew does. Shane is not shy about getting down in the trenches with his co-workers either. It sounded like they all enjoyed working together. From my observation, when they go to work, they put their heads down and go at it.

I called Shane on Sunday for an emergency service for a leak in a pipe, the location of the leak made a temporary patch difficult. Shane responded quickly, got a few pics from me on the issue and was able to provide me an ETA to arrive in about 2 hours and a quote for the repair. Arriving right on time, we quickly discussed the issue and I provided some suggested changes I wanted to make to the way the piping was setup, as it was already being worked on. Shane provide some feedback, we agreed on the plan and he quickly resolved the issue, keeping the work area clean, as dry as reasonably possible, and talked me through the finished result. High quality work, done exactly as we had discussed. In the evening I ran across a small issue, I sent Shane a note pretty late regarding it. Despite an important personal event to attend to, Shane responded first thing in the morning and was able to provide me an ETA to come back same day to check it out. As promised he showed up right on time and resolved the issue. Overall the work was done exceptionally, the communication was clear, and the willingness to quickly resolve a follow up puts Shane at the top of my list for any future repair needs. Highly recommend.
