Our hot water heater went out right before thanksgiving. They came out gave us some options and ultimately we needed to replace the water heater. To make a long story short we called them at 7 and had a new water heater by noon. They were wonderful to work with and provided a great product in a quick manner. Will be calling them again.

Recently worked in coordination with this company on a project! They were installing a new tankless water heater system that had to vent out of the roof. They handled all the venting/plumbing, while I handled the roofing portion. I just wanted to leave this review to brag on Kenneth!!! Ive had to work with plenty of other tradesmen in coordination on multiple projects, and none have been as communicative, prompt, or professional as Kenneth was! Its great to know I now have a reliable source of information to call on in the future, the next time I am dealing with a client in need of plumbing services! I had a kitchen sink clogged today. I called A Plumber and they actually came out earlier than expected and that worked out great for me. They solved the problem and the drain was unclogged quickly. Eppes and Kenneth were super friendly and I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend A Plumber.

What great young men! On time, polite, easy. They came, listened, looked, fixed! Including no grumbling about climbing through the crawl space of my 115 yr old house- ugh.
I had a feisty kitchen sink backup that was more than 25ft from sink. And they replaced two outside faucet bibs that did not work for various reasons.... all three jobs required crawling long distances under the house. Seemed a wee bit pricey but, they got it done and were super pleasant to deal with. And I didn't have to wait weeks.

Great experience! The two gentlemen that came out were right on time, communicative, and respectful. Worked quick, and didnt try to sell me more service than required. They even told me a work around to be able to safely use my toilets and showers while waiting for technicians to arrive should we run into this issue again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Woke up Saturday morning with some water in the kitchen, pantry and laundry room floors. Hot water heater had ruptured so we called A Plumber and Eddie got here quickly and had a new one installed within a few hours. Great friendly service done right and fast. Highly recommend! We will definitely call them again if the need arises.

They showed up promptly and handled my sink and dishwasher issues in a snap. The technician was so kind and friendly and even asked if we needed anything else to be looked at before he left. This was the third local plumbing company that came out with this same problem and HE fixed it this time. Pricing was reasonable as well compared to the others. Good work ethic. Engaging personality of the lead Plumber. Finished job has excellent workmanship. My only question is how did the final cost compare to the estimated cost. I simply dont remember the estimated cost. It would be a good business approach to show the two costs at the end of the job, and then explain differences.

A Plumber (Lovelace) has been my go-to for plumbing service for over a decade. They always answer my call and are extremely reliable. When I woke up to a flooded utility room after my water heater sprang a leak, I called and they were there in just over an hour. Alex quickly assessed the problem and showed me where the welds on the water inlet had corroded away on my 18 year old unit. He gave me several options for replacement and discussed the pros and cons of each, as well as warranties, rebates and expected lifespans, and was able remove the old one and install the new quickly and efficiently. He quoted me a price that was reasonable up front for the new equipment and installation, and that is what I paid. He and the associate be brought in to help with the removal and install were both polite and professional, with great attention to detail, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
