I’ve known Michael Pineda for a couple of years now. I live in a townhome and the association takes care of the outside, but I am kind of picky about my lawn and try to keep it looking really nice. Michael’s guys have done lots of different things from removing dead bushes from our Christmas freeze two years ago to putting down a lovely color of rocks around my HVAC system. Earlier this year, Michael recommended a peat/lime application for my worn out soil and my lawn is looking a lot better already. I have always been very pleased with Pineda Properties and would highly recommend them!

We had these guys do our yard in our Franklin property & they did an awesome job. Really impressed with how much they actually do for a landscaping company, they handled the landscape design, all the pavement work, built a patio, and even put in an outdoor kitchen. Collaboration was super & they came up with great solutions along the way and honestly surpassed what I imagined it could look like. The crew was easy to work with and everything turned out better than expected. We’ve already been enjoying the space this summer!

Michael was great to work with. His team did a fantastic job cleaning out our over grown backyard, rebuilding our landscaping in the front yard and adding an irrigation system in. They worked quick and our yard has never looked better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone.

Pineda Properties is top notch. We had a pressing drainage issue arise at the same time I was planning a big install of plants. Michael and his team came in, confident they could provide a solution to our problem and get our plantings done in that critical Fall window. They did such a phenomenal job with everything. They made suggestions to modify our original design to accommodate any runoff issues and everything made so much more sense than the original plan. They went the extra mile on planting with peat moss and installed extra thick mulch to protect our shrubs and trees. They've been responsive and have accommodated us in so many ways, including taking my worried calls about how our hydrangeas are holding up, and setting me at ease. We are trusting them to do a few more additional small projects, we've been so happy. We now have a yard to be proud of! I wish I had more photos of the finished back yard, but will share what I have!
