From the estimate with Sam W., to the cleanup once finished, everything went perfectly! Sam spent time reviewing everything to fit our budget and needs. He was not pushy or like a typical salesman. He really respected boundaries and was not pushy at all. They answered all questions timely and were quick to schedule me. The crew was professional and quick. 5/5 highly recommend. The roofing team was efficient, careful and clean. None of the plantings around the house got damaged, which was the thing we had been worried about most. Fine-meshed netting was extended down from the edge of the roof and pulled taut, like a half-tent protecting the flower beds that doubled up as a slide for the debris.
Todd R. oversaw the project, clearly explained everything and was really responsive and easy to talk to throughout the day.
By 3 p.m. we had a new roof and it looked great.

We had a large roof replacement project completed this week. They had a well organized staging of material and equipment ahead of our start date. The project manager (Todd) and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled date. We had documented our requirements in the bid (important step), reviewed them with the project manager (another important step), who then assured that all the details in the bid were completed. The project was a large complex roof replacement, the crew worked through a bit of rain but finished in 2 days. The clean up was complete. We are very happy with the job they did for us.

Brent and his crew showed up right on time and ready to work. They did an excellent job tackling our complicated rooflines. We had them move two skylights which necessitated them working inside too but the cleanup was so meticulous that you’d never know anyone was there. The cleanup outside (after the roof was done) was just as thorough.
The price was good, the customer service was excellent and the job was done to our complete satisfaction.

I have used Pawcatuck Roofing for two jobs now and both times they have done an outstanding job. The first time was a couple of years ago for a broken tile on our multi-colored slate roof. I was nervous to entrust just anyone with that job because of how delicate the tiles are, but they handled it perfectly. I can’t even tell which one was replaced! This year I bought a house that needed a full roof replacement and a repair made to a tree damaged area, and I knew just who to call. Brent came out and talked to me about the job, I had a quote the next day, and the work was scheduled quickly. The team completed the job in 2 days, and when it was done, the project manager, Sam, called me to go over what was done and see if I had any questions. The roof looks great. Based on their professionalism and experience, you would think their cost would be higher than the competition, but they are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing!

I knew that my 25+ year old roof needed to be replaced one day soon, but when a recent wind shear peeled off a large section of shingles from one of my outbuildings “one day soon” was moved became now. I had several estimates but decided to go with Pawcatuck Roofing and I’m glad that I did. First of all, I appreciated how the estimate was clearly itemized for all aspects of the project. Every dollar was accounted for. The price was competitive and the materials are all top notch. Once I signed the contract, I was on the schedule for two weeks later. I was told at the time of the estimate, the job would take 2 days and it did. We had a few days of bad weather but it took 2 days. The roof looks beautiful and I’m very happy with it. I haven’t found 1 nail in the driveway or anywhere. I really appreciate the workmanship and the attention the crew put into cleaning up afterward. Everyone was pleasant, polite and professional. Lastly, I want to thank Sam for coordinating the project so well from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at Pawcatuck Roofing. I will recommend you to anyone I know who needs a new roof.

Pawcatuck Roofing was everything I wanted in a roofing contractor. Reputation for quality which they delivered on. They have been around a long time and will likely continue to be around if I need them in the future. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, and prompt (including after the install when I had follow up questions). They stand behind their work and the manufacturer does as well. And I found their price to be very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. If you are in need of any work on your roof, you should definitely give them a call for a quote.

Who says you can't find people to work hard? Pawcatuck roofing has done that. We had our roof replaced because it was almost 30 years old. From Keith who quoted us to Justin who was the supervisor and all the installers, the experience was excellent.The job was completed in just 2 days. Work started early and went late. Roof work can be messy but the crew was very efficient and organized and left no mess. We would recommend Pawcatuck Roofing.

After 50 years it was time to replace the roof on one of our barns, and yes, as we expected, it was overdue. The team immediately responded to what they found, replaced rotted plywood, installed fire and ice waterproofing, new 50 year shingles and two new large farm ventilators. all within 3 days! Truly responsive and professional and all completed within a week from bringing in the dumpster to cleaning up the site.

Recently we had Pawcatuck roofing co. Replace our roof, the scope of the job was very large ! From start to finish, the communication between the crew, Foreman and myself was great, all questions we answered with experience & professionalism. The crew showed up on time every day & worked diligently like a well oiled machine!! The job was finished on time , the cleanup of the property which is surrounded by landscaped gardens was amazing!! Pawcatuck Roofing installed a new roof to my home and garage. The experience was excellent and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof. The work was extremely efficient being completed in one day. The supervisor on the Job was very professional and kept us updated on the status through out the day. The workers took great care to move items around the house so they would not be damaged and the clean up was impressive. We felt very comfortable after talking to Brent Holland and seeing some of their work first hand & reading online reviews to go with Pawcatuck roofing.
We had 4 different estimates and their price was very fair in comparison.
We had a very large job including a new roof with dormers, a detached garage and all new certainteed vinyl siding that looks like real shingles.
We also had all of our trim work replaced w azek , new gutters, Mitsubishi line covers and our lighting totally swapped out.
Brent’s crew with Luis at the helm did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be anymore pleased with all the details, it came out absolutely perfect.
Not everyone can have such a great crew whom works so hard and efficiently and a special shout out to Alex you are very talented at trim work.
