Ive been using this HVAC company for the past two years, and theyve been great every single time. Theyre always able to come out quicklyusually the same day or nextwhich I really appreciate. Theyre honest, dont try to sell you things you dont need, and they actually focus on keeping your system in good shape long term.
Vlad came out most recently to fix an issue between the indoor and outdoor units, and he had it sorted out fast. He also checked everything to make sure were ready for the winter season. Overall, theyre professional, polite, and very easy to work with. Definitely a company I trust and recommend.

They called me to reminder that there had been no maintenace services since install 4 yrs, I agreed to twice a year service to improve efficiency. the cost was very reasonable, Vlad is always on time, Thougroh an focused on the task, Looks for any tune up that could help extend the life, they do not look to replace parts for extra costs. will not any wear that may need attention at later times

Im honestly shockedin the best way possible! I wasnt expecting much when I called about my broken AC, but this team completely blew me away. They showed up the same day, figured out the problem almost instantly, and actually had the parts to replace the faulty capacitor right on the spot. Who does that anymore?! Within a few hours, everything was running like new. The technicians were unbelievably professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. Im still amazed at how smooth and fast the whole process was. This kind of service is so rare these daysI cant recommend them enough!

Im genuinely blown awaythis level of service is almost unheard of these days! I called in the morning expecting to schedule something days out, but to my surprise, the team was at my door within just a few hours. They were incredibly professional right from the startfriendly and experienced. After a quick but thorough inspection, they diagnosed the issue as a failed AC compressor. They got right to work and had the new compressor installed and the system fully up and running that same afternoon. No waiting, no back-and-forth, no excusesjust fast, efficient, top-quality work. They even took the time to explain what went wrong, how to avoid future issues, and made sure everything was spotless before leaving.
Honestly, I didnt think companies like this still existed. I went from a completely dead AC to cool, crisp air in less than a dayand I didnt feel rushed or pressured once. If youre on the fence, dont be. These guys are the real deal. Id give 10 stars if I could!

When we had enough of the thermostat wars, we decided to install a mini-split in our ever-hot teenager's room. We opted for a small 9000 BTU unit and a ceiling cassette (look how flush it is with the ceiling, comparing to a golf club case handing on your wall!).
I must confess, I am a pedantic bore :) - my contractor's picking process is not easy or random and not just price-based. I love my house, such job is complex and the quality matters.
Fortunately this time my choice was right on the money! The Airmatics guys are wonderful - great workmanship, planning, attention to details, punctuality. Thanks a bunch again for job well done! Way to go!
