From the first contact to delivery, Hansen Brothers has made my move as easy as possible. They seem to understand how stressful the process is and bend over backward to address every concern. The packing was first rate, the price was shockingly low, and every team member from the packers to the contracted delivery personnel were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company for anyone moving locally (they have also moved me locally) and interstate. I'm not sure I have any suggestions for how they could make it easier. They seem to have it down to a studied science.

Absolute great experience with Hansen Bros.
I was very nervous about the moving process and saw many videos online about bad experiences people have had with different moving companies, but Hansen Bros is the way to go if you dont want to worry about anything. Their communication and attention to detail made me feel at ease about moving across state lines. I cant express how happy we are with how the move went and hope others experience the same thing. Thank you to Ryan and his crew for turning my biggest stress into the easiest part of the moving process.

Hansen Bros is simply the best. I've used their moving and storage services for 40 years. For my current move, both my wife and I had medical issues come up during moving prep - we lost many days & were seriously behind on packing. Hansen Bros sent extra people & finished the packing in half a day. They really came through for us.

From start to finish, our move & storage process with Hansen Bros has been amazing. Our sales person, David, came out to our house to put together a detailed moving and storage estimate (which no other company did!) and was transparent, friendly and provided helpful tips throughout the process. Once the move was scheduled, the operations manager, Ron, kept me up to date on all the logistics which was critical with all the moving pieces. On the day of the move, the crew (Josh, Sam, Alfredo and Victor) were courteous, professional, hard-working and communicative. Our items are in their storage facility for the next 6-12 months, and we look forward to (and feel confident in) having Hansen Bros. move our items back into our remodeled home.

We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about your company from the first contact (thanks, Will) through pick-up, storage and final delivery. The guys who delivered our things yesterday did so in very high heat (100 degrees) and faced with carrying our belongings up two flights of stairs made no complaints, were cheerful and professional throughout. Did a great job. Very pleased! Would not hesitate for a second to use Hansen Bros. again.

Everyone I have encountered with Hansen Brothers moving has been wonderful. David A. was very helpful in explaining what we should pack ourselves. Also dropped off boxes the day before the move to help with last minute items. Jonathon, Lance and Simon showed up very on time and called to alert me they had arrived. Also were very helpful, especially when one of them found a paper bag with dirty cleaning rags in it (YUCK!) and gently asked if I wanted it packed. (I declined and tossed the whole bag out!). Every time I have called Hansen Bros. with questions, I have gotten a quick, polite response. So far things have gone very well. Still have my stuff in storage with you, but I think I have found an apartment that I like, and hope to move in before the end of August. Victoria

This is our second move with Hansen Bros and we will always use this company. Jonathan, Tony and German were terrific- personable and professional. The whole experience was great and we highly recommend Hansen Bros. and the team. In addition, we stored items with Hansen for 3 years and that was convenient, and affordable. Special kudos to Nicole - she is a great communicator and very responsive. The supervisor/driver on our move was great- very courteous and considerate. Where to begin!! Alfredo, Jorge and Jamie were AMAZING!!! They were professional and courteous and they never stopped working!! They are so strong I still marvel at the ease they handled everything. At the original site they wrapped everything and treated my belongings like precious cargo. I knew nothing would be broken or damaged and after unpacking all the boxes I was right everything is absolutely perfect!! I cannot say enough good things about this crew!! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs anything moved. I cant leave out Paula who was a joy to work with! We had a huge change of plans with our move and she handled it beautifully!! We lived near the Seattle Hansen Bros. location in Greenwood years ago. I always remembered seeing the trucks and then when we needed help with a cross-country move, I found that Hansen Bros. was still going strong.
From the beginning to the end, we were kept informed and got all the details we needed. We had a piano to move and it was packed carefully and delivered without a scratch. The loading/packing crew was amazing! The unloading crew at the end was amazing! The two office contact people were also very good about keeping in touch and following through with all that we needed. I would choose Hansen Bros. again if we needed it. Definitely would recommend to all for a stress-free move.

Josh R, Sam O, and Valentino G were unbelievable! They were very good at what they do and after watching them work I knew my moving day was going to go great. They did not mess around and were very professional throughout the day. I cannot express how anxious I was about my move, but had I known that these three were going to be there I would have had ZERO anxiety. They were fast, efficient, and most important they were nice. I cannot give a higher recommendation for these three as they exceeded all my expectations. Thanks again for making this a much less anxious endeavor for me, I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family!

This is the third time we used Hansen Bros. for moving and certainly the most complicated by far. The packing, loading and delivery crew were all absolutely wonderful. Very well spoken, excellent manners, always a please and thank you. They were always willing to accommodate a special handling request and never said no to any of our needs. Overall a great experience. We would never pick anyone else to handle our moves!!

Having had a very poor experience with another moving company last year, my wife and I were anxious to hire another one so soon, but with a move planned to Scotland, we had to find a company to help. From start to finish, all representatives of Hansen Bros. were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They listened to our concerns about the move and addressed everything efficiently and the whole move went exactly as planned, and the costs were all in line with what we were told to expect. The crew doing the heavy lifting, literally, were great; polite, respectful and very communicative, and we would certainly recommend the company to anyone in and around the Seattle and Puget Sound, for local and even international moves. 100% satisfied.
