After dealing with 7+ different companies for bids and designs. Most companies had no sense of design, poor communication, trying to make a quick buck, or were ridiculously overpriced for a generic rectangle pool. We got down to 3 choices for our new pool construction & screen enclosure.
In the end after everything, Pool Perfection were the ones to shine brightly over the others and we are very pleased we had chosen them!
From the initial visit from the Sales Rep(Wes) which had helped greatly in the design through the back and forth to end with the perfect pool design for our yard with a very comparable price and timeline. I appreciated the follow ups and all the work that went into this project and he was not a annoying salesman. When you have a good product and service, there is no need to beg people to use your company.
To (Tracie) that worked on permits and communication, granted for our situation St Pete took FOREVER to get our permit complete which delayed the project starting in December when we were supposed to be swimming by late October, not Pool Perfections fault.
To (Nick) our project manager that was on top of everything and made sure things were on schedule and were done correctly, we did have a few hiccups and obstacles along the way and we understand that mistakes happen, but his professionalism and communication went a long way to us, so thank you very much for everything you had done to ensure it was done to "Perfection"!
To (Darren) that did the startup of our pool once it was complete and water was added, he has been fantastic and very helpful!
And to all of the folks that are in between that did the physical work putting it all together, THANK YOU!, you were all superstars and worked your backsides off to make it all possible!

Pool installation with pool perfection, what a great company to work with. They make your dreams come to life., from the moment you walk into the showroom floor you will be amazed . Let me start with Wes the pool designer( amazing) then Tracy the office lead (fantastic) , Then there is Eric the project manager ( simply the best) . This company definitely delivers on everything they say they will do. They put you at ease and what I loved the most about this company is how the little things that bother you are a big deal to them. What a great experience to work with this company and especially Eric my project manager he is absolutely fantastic. He updated me on everything and always came by to see what was done by their contractors to make sure I was pleased with the work. Luckily for me I have seen their finished product with a friend and other people that have had their pool installed with pool perfection. My advice is go with pool perfection they are a well oiled machine and can deliver what you ask and the great thing about them is that they are a great company that communicates. COMMUNICATION. DETAIL-ORIENTED. PRIDE. TIMELINE
Where do I even begin? This was our first pool build. Finding the best pool builder isn't like trying a flavor at Starbucks and getting a different one next time if you didn't like it. We have heard the horror stories of pool companies abandoning projects, huge delays, waiting around for a sub to come, etc. We interviewed multiple companies and finally landed on Pool Perfection. This was one of the best decisions we've ever made! Justin was amazing to work with. He has been on the construction side of pools, so as a designer, he knows what works, what doesn't, and pays attention to small details like light positioning. We worked through several proposals and landed on the best one for our yard size. He never once complained and was always happy to help.
Let's talk communication. Between their customer service portal and weekly text updates, I never had to ask for an update. These weekly updates were amazing. If we ever had any questions, we had a text thread with our project manager, Nick, as well. He always responded promptly and professionally.
As you can imagine, there are lots of details involved with plumbing, construction, equipment placement, etc. When we started the pool build, we had a walk through meeting with Nick and his team. We went over every detail to make sure everything went without a hitch! Nick adjusted a few things after our meeting. After every step in the process, if something was slightly off, Nick stepped right in and had it addressed.
Now, let's talk about pride. Justin, Nick, and their crews take pride in every step of the process. They know the ins and outs of building pools. They are SO professional. Justin and Nick never promised something they couldn't fulfill. Justin checked on us throughout the project and Nick's communication throughout the project always put us as ease. I know that Nick and Justin have an amazing team behind them such as scheduling, permitting, etc. After we completed pool school, I laughed because I was sad to see them go. They were truly a pleasure to work with!
Lastly, timeline. Pool perfection delivered. They broke ground the last week of September and the pool was completed by the last week of November. All our neighbors were amazed at the progress of the build, as most waited 6 months for their pools to be completed. Now don't confuse this "quick" build as a lack of details. Pool Perfection has their systems in place and the right teams working for them so that your build doesn't stay stagnant.
You should really check them out. Nick, Justin, and Pool Perfection are truly a premier company. Great guys, transparent processes, and top-notch communication! You won't regret it!!

Even though a pool project naturally takes some time, they kept everything moving along smoothly and communicated with us regularly so we always knew what to expect.

We were updated at every step of the project and the team completed work as scheduled.

We had an amazing experience with Pool Perfection from start to finish. Nick, our project manager, was always on top of things; super communicative, organized, and made the whole process stress-free. Justin did a fantastic job with the design, capturing exactly what we wanted and making great recommendations along the way.

We first met with Drew, the designer, who blew us away with his vision. He created an amazing animated rendering that helped us truly visualize what our future pool would look like.
Nick, our project manager, was outstanding. He was always available to answer questions or address concerns. His attention to detail and communication throughout the project was fantastic.
The crews on site were professional & polite. They left the site clean and their craftsmanship speaks for itself. The quality of work is top notch.

You must be clinically insane or very arrogant to put Perfection in your company name! Everybody likes an upgrade to their home, but no one likes the anxiety and frustration that comes with the process. Pool Perfection definitely lived up to their namesake, and for anyone who is looking to add a pool or repair their pool but afraid to start because of hearing their neighbors or coworkers nightmarescall Pool Perfection! I checked out others and when Steve with Sales showed, I had an almost immediate feel that I was off to a good startwhy? Because instead of talking and trying to upsell me, he listened to what we had in mind, offered suggestions, one that was better than mine and I had a video presentation of what my pool would look like using actual dimensions emailed to me that night...outstanding salesmanship!
I was nervous when the construction process startedbut Nick the Project Manager was Johnny-on-the-spot! He communicated weekly and/or showed up on site to keep us informed of every step of the process. We were never left in the dark and never a doubt in their pool making magic. If I had a question or concern, Nick handled itnever had to worry that it wouldnt get done. Heck, if I need something done when this is all over, I may just keep Nick on speed dialgive that man a raise!
Pool Perfection is in a league of their own. I can tell you this because every subcontractor or neighbor that saw the construction process all laughed when I told them when my pool would be complete. no wayit takes about 3-4 months or even longer! Pool Perfection finished the job in six weeks.

Pool Perfection did an amazing job and I recommend if you are looking at a pool project for your home, these guys are the best. Justin, Nick, and the team guided us through the process step by step. Everything went as planned. When a phase was communicated with time line and details it went as detailed. The phases went off on schedule and there was never any question of their competency or lack of quality, and all did a phenomenal job.
There was a minor set back with the pavers, but the problem was taken care of rapidly and the project finalized in 9 weeks. Absolutely amazing crew and staff. 5 stars all the way.

Pool Perfection exceeded every expectation we had for our pool renovation. I cant even believe this is the same pool! It looks incredible, The color is amazing, every detail was precise and any questions we had were addressed quickly. Amazing turnaround time too. They got the job done quickly and even had someone come pressure wash so that our pool deck was clean and sparkling when they left it. Ray was amazing throughout the design process and made great recommendations. Brandon was a fantastic project manager and was always transparent, communicative and available. He was here nearly everyday throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. The owner even called a couple times to make sure we were happy. Fantastic company, great quality work, and will recommend them to others!

Pool Perfection helped me and my wife build our social pool/jacuzzi at our forever home in North East St Pete. The company not only did amazing craftsmanship - but they did it at light speed. We are in love with our swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. From the beginning to end sales, pool design, installation and honoring the 1 year warranty. Pool Perfection builds a top notch quality pool. The whole backyard renovation pool and sunken outdoor Kitchen has made our own piece of paradise everything we could have wished for.
We waited a while to submit the review as with any pool project things happen. Pool perfection PM made sure the build went smoothly, any questions or concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. As for the warranty process, we had to have tile replaced within our 1 year warranty period. Max the PM did an amazing job coordinating the new tile selection, to the installation that was completed in one day. Additionally he had the pool cleaned good before restarting the pool. All while standing behind the new tile install to include an additional year warranty on the new tile. We are back up and running and ready to enjoy our piece of paradise once again.
If we had to do this again we would most certainly have Pool Perfection doing the work. We appreciate each and every person that had involvement in the process. Thank you!

Highly recommend! From start to finish Pool Perfection delivered above and beyond. Steve was our sales guy and he made this exciting yet nerve racking experience super smooth. He designed our pool area exactly how we envisioned it and worked with our not very common property line. He set deadlines which were beat as far as when the project would get started! Steve you were awesome and so was your office staff. Megan, thanks for keeping us in the loop!
Moving on to the pool build process! 7 WEEKS!!! Yup, 7 weeks to build a pool that required a large footer and retaining wall plus enclosure. We were supposed to be swimming in November, deadline was beat by swimming end of September!! This was all possible thanks to our Project Manager Nick!! Nick completely blew our minds away with his service. We were updated just about daily regarding our pool build and every single step. No surprises here. Communication was on point- Nick always answered right away and if not I would get a callback within an hour. He planned this whole build so every week something was being done. Neighbors and friends were blown away to how fast everything went. Sub contractors were very nice and did a phenomenal job. They were also very respectful of surrounding properties and neighbors. As with any construction sometimes issues arise and Nick was on top of it. No stress here on our end. This man works very hard and deserves all the credit. Thank you so much Nick!!
