From receiving the estimate for the earthquake retrofit and doing the work and guiding me for the needed steps to perform on the EBB website. Helpful and courteous staff. Their price was in the range of other contractors but felt more comfortable with them.

I had a wonderful experience with Sunshine Foundation Repairs. I was extremely anxious around the slab foundation issues and Jonathan took ample time answering my questions and explaining things in ways that made sense to me. I even called him a few hours after the inspection to ask some follow up questions and he returned my call within an hour.
I had multiple companies come out to give me quotes and none were as detailed or took as much time as Jonathan.

If youre looking to have your foundation redone, I highly recommend Sunshine Foundation. They were the only company that didnt use scare tactics during the inspection, which immediately set them apart. They took the time to address all of my concerns and clearly explained the work that needed to be done.
Solomon was a pleasure to work withextremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with. Diana from the office was just as great. She kept everything organized, called ahead of inspections, and always followed up with a detailed voicemail and text if I missed her call.
Were beyond happy with the final results. The crew was professional, respectful, and efficient. Weve worked with many contractors the last 2 years for other projects, and Sunshine Foundation is hands down our favorite team.

Amazing company to work with, super organized and efficient! We got an EBB grant to bolt our foundation and Sunshine gave us the most reasonable quote for the job and took care of the process from beginning to end, filing all the paperwork, taking care of the permits, etc. They were really such a pleasure to work with -- it's rare you encounter such professionalism and quality!!

Golan and the Sunshine Foundation Repairs team were such a pleasure to work with! They were transparent in their pricing and very fair, giving a better deal than others who up charge. They were able to add 4 helical piers to a corner of our home that had sunk over many decades. No damage was done and they cleaned up very well afterwards. Just a fantastic company through and through and would recommend them to anyone!

I recently contracted with Sunshine Foundation for a foundation issue in Carson, CA. I'm a Realtor and needed this service for a client. I interviewed a few Foundation experts and Sunshine was the best value. They showed from the beginning that they really are experts in their field and their prices were very reasonable. Life happens, and we had a hiccup in the project. I'm writing this review specifically because of how they handled the problem. They were professional, considerate, honest, and all the wonderful things I wish more vendors in this space would exhibit. Very trust worthy. Not creating work where everything is ok. I contacted sunshine as I am now responsible for a home that had fallen into disrepair. I was provided multiple foundation repair quotes from 2016, so I assumed that the work quoted was valid, and indeed there is some evidence of settling. Golan from sunshine walked the walls and floors, laser measured the floor variation in each room and inspected the foundation crawl space. He noted a few minor cracks and acknowledged the settling, but recommended against any work citing it as normal wear and tear.
For his honesty and professionalism he had my commitment to come back to sunshine when I need foundation work.

Give Sunshine a call sooner than later. Stop wasting your time with other companies. They are super honest, reliable and their pricing was fair. Solomon was the inspector whom came out to my house and made me feel at ease unlike some other companies. The workers were came to work, no nonsense. The office scheduled inspection and we passed with flying colors.

I am so happy I called Sunshine Foundation Repairs. My wife and I decided to replace our wood and tile flooring. When removing the tile and wood, I noticed what I thought to be a sizable crack in our cement slab. Its about 15 feet long, several mm wide, no moisture. I was quite worried. Golan, from Sunshine Foundation Repairs came out to inspect it. He examined the crack and also did a laser level measurement of our entire floor. He found the crack to be normal and our floor was almost perfectly level in all areas. He said just clean out the joint and fill with epoxy and it will be fine, not a structural issue. No charge on for the call as well. What an honest repairman and company. I've never had a repair person not come up with something to charge for. I highly recommend this company. Thanks you!.

Solomon at Sunshine Repairs was the consummate professional. Our home is newly 100 years old and he measured and checked every room for any areas of concern. He then went into the crawl space and took detailed photos. We went over the photos and he explained in great detail - every update that occurred after the EBB was completed and any potential area for concern. He explained with such detail, that I truly understand the entire footprint of the home that we have been painfully restoring back to its original 1928 glory. A+++. Thank you!
