Everyone from the inspection, office staff, and installers were excellent. We had gutters installed, and shingles redone on part of the roof. The installers found additional damage that required more time but we were not charged for the extra work and time. They cleaned up ever and all were pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Had a great all around experience with Altitude. Used Altitude to have seamless gutters installed and also have a few repairs completed on my metal roof. Kyler arrived the same day I called and provided a detailed report including photos of areas needing to be repaired and a drone map detailing the gutter layout. Jennifer was also extremely helpful explaining the process and stopping by my house to provide a color swatch and pick up payment. Loved that they had numerous colors to choose from. Gustavo and the installation crew were also professional, fast, and confirmed the gutter and downspout locations before they started. I'd definitely recommend anyone to use Altitude.

Debbie left us a door tag and when we reached out to schedule the inspection Kyler came out and was thorough. He went through everything he saw and explained what issues were there. When we got the quotes we called and they went through the options and helped us choose the right one. Brandon went above and beyond whn we ran into issues with the financing to help us. They communicated throughout the process and when the day came to install the roof they did an amazing job. They were courteous and thorough. They cleaned as they went and ensured that there were no hazards for our family when they left. When we had a concern after the install they were prompt with responding and resolving the issue. We would recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their roof.

I recently needed roof replacement, and spoke with Justin Karler about my options. He was responsive, professional and insightful through the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality and speed they provided. I didn't know it was possible to have my roof replaced within 2 days - as everybody else told me it was 1-2 weeks of me having to park on the street. While looking for information on building a pitched roof on an existing flat roof I stumbled upon Altitude roofing. At first they informed me that it wasn't a project they could do, but pointed me in the right direction. After a not-so great time gathering info and quotes on that, Debbie reached back out to me with more options. My roof has been leaking for two years now, and after several patches I NEEDED a more permanent solution. Thanks to Debbie, Brandon, Alex, Kyler, and the rest of this absolutely amazing team from Altitude roofing my problems with a leaking flat-roof seem to be over. They were all absolutely wonderful and helpful through the entire project from start to finish! A massive rainstorm came through not even 2 hours after they finished my roof and for the first time in over two years I didn't have to worry about putting buckets out to catch the water leaking through. Never in my life have I enjoyed the sound of water hitting the ground as much as I did during this rainstorm. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for roof work, 10 out 10, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! These guys are the best and I'm grateful they were there to help me when I need it. Thanks so much!!!!

What a great experience with Altitude Roofing! Our entire roof needed replacement and it was a complicated job with our home dating back to 1939 and several additions; the existing roof was in bad shape. But the professionals at Altitude Roofing were great to deal with, helped us navigate the insurance process and finished the work from the estimate to finish, in a matter of a week. The owners and sales person came out to oversee the work while the crews were on site! They even recommended cost savings ideas to keep our house cooler in the summer. This was our first ever roof replacement. Debbie was the first on scene to guide us through the process. She explained everything step by step, which is what we needed! Every individual working at Altitude was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. They worked with our insurance after a major windstorm to provide our house the protection we needed and honestly couldn't afford, at the time. I am forever thankful for the team at Altitude Roofing and would recommend their team when ever roofing issues arise!

Debbie was out in my neighborhood about a year ago when she came to my house and started to talk about my roof and her company and how they will work with the insurance company to make it easy. At the time I was not ready to get a new roof. I wanted to wait till we had a big windstorm cause I knew my shingles were loose . We finally had a strong enough windstorm and was able to file a claim. Even after a yr I still had an altitude roofing card from Debbie. She made such a good impression she was the first one I called. when her and her coworker kyler came to go over our roof we were pretty much sold. They explained how everything worked and broke down how the insurance will work and how they will deal with everything so we dont have to. Once we said yes it was about 3 week wait. It took them one day to do our roof. If we had any questions, at any time Debbie and Kyler always answered there phones. They upgraded the vents with no charge to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their roof. It looks amazing. Now we need to spruce up the paint on the house so it will look as good as the roof.

I have been absolutely thrilled with my experience with Altitude. I found out about them thru a referral from another client who is a co-worker of mine, the best referral ever! They have made getting a new roof incredibly easy on my end, dealing with my insurance and securing approval from them. Not having to pay for a new roof out of pocket was a huge concern for me that they were able to negate. I wasn't able to be home for the bulk of the day, but was able to stop in mid-day to check in. Alex, one of the owners, was on site and able to answer any and all questions I had. I came home to a yard that was cleaner than when I left it in the morning. Their customer service is incredible, and they have been amazing from start to finish! I would highly recommend them!

We had an outstanding experience working with Altitude to replace our roof as well as install some upgrades. The entire staff was very professional knowledgeable and made the entire experience very easy. From talking with insurance to the small details, Kyler provided amazing customer service to us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything very convenient for us. This project took a few months with insurance involved and Kyler maintain consistent contact and updates throughout. He was very attentive to all the questions we had and never hesitated to provide solutions to any adjustments we came up with along the way. We would HIGLY recommend utilizing this Altitude when looking for a smooth and reliable company!
