There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to Chris Schneider at Kovalev Insurance Agency! I found myself in a position where many carriers did not want to even offer me a business policy due to a prior pending claim, and any policies that were offered were astronomical. Sonia was exceptional at her job! She saved me significantly on my policy compared to my previous. She was very thorough explaining every detail included. It is great when you deal with an agent-advisor, not just with an agent-seller. This was exactly my experience with Kovalev Insurance - they have 100% personal approach and endless patience to my questions. I originally called them to ask about my mortgage situation and we figured out that I do not need to purchase an additional policy. After this very professional and very honest consultation, I decided to transfer all my existing policies to Kovalev Insurance. I recommend them without reservations.

I’ve been with Kovalev Insurance Agency since they opened in the early 90s. They have never disappointed me. Always responsive and supportive. Always looking for the best value for me. I dealt with several employees of the agency over the years and all of them were extremely professional, polite and friendly. I have never had to wait for more than an hour to receive an email response or a call back. If my agent was unavailable, their colleagues would eagerly help. I even asked my current agent, Sonia Carneiro, to advise my son who lives in a different state on his insurance. She called him herself and answered all of his questions.
