We cannot say enough positive things about Eugene and his team! From the very first meeting/estimate, Eugene was knowledgeable and efficient. He paid close attention to detail throughout the entire renovation and communicated clearly so we were never guessing or questioning the next steps in the projects. He was also spot on with the timeline and finished both projects on time. Eugene was fair and did not go over budget, giving us beautiful spaces within our price range. We found a leak in our shower and ended up going with western renovations for a new shower as their pricing was competitive with other bids we received. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the end result! They also worked with us on scheduling because we just had a baby which we really appreciated and they finished a few days ahead of schedule!

My husband started our bathroom remodeling project by demolishing our old tub and shower. And although he was totally capable of finishing the project, with a full-time career he soon realized it would occupy much of his time off.
So we called Western Renovations. Eugene came out and gave us a bid to finish. Comparing two other bids and first impressions, we went with Western.
The flooring was matched with existing tiles we had stored and the wall tiled with new. They did a wonderful and meticulous job. Plumbing coordinated nicely in a timely fashion and attention to detail.
The whole projects was overseen by Eugene who coordinated all details with welcomed timely communication.
The results were beautiful and stress free.

We just finished a remodel with Western Renovations on our master bathroom. We had the standard basic builder shower and tub and now we have a beautiful shower and vanity.
The whole team that we worked with were awesome! It started with David. After we sent an email request, he came out the next day. He listened patiently and gave feedback. He promised a fast quote and we got it quickly. We got started with demo within a few days. Ralph demoed and a few hours later, the shower and tub were gone and prepped for construction to begin. He meticulously cleaned up everything. We were instructed to go to Floor Decor and given instructions on what to pick out and when they needed it by. We had a few questions and David was very helpful on letting us if a certain tile was too slippery for the floor and what we should look for. Alex custom built our shower with so much precision and care. He asked me questions on preferences and gave me feedback on specifics. He is a master at his trade. Eugene, our project manager, was great! Very communicative and always checking in with progress updates. He does it all. Keeps everyone on schedule, works with the homeowners on choices for colors or items needed, sources and brings all the supplies and products, all with a smile on his face!
Strong points:
Cleanliness - laid down blankets from front door to construction site, had a zipped up plastic door to keep the area closed off to other parts of the house to prevent dust, vacuumed the floor and area for debris at the end of each day, and left the bathroom area as neat as possible.
Communication - daily texts from Eugene in the morning with updates on how would be at the house and a window with what time they would arrive. If they were running late, I would also receive an updated text.

I was recently in the market to have both my showers remodeled since new home builders dont know how to properly install them and put the cheapest junk in they could get away with. My house is only 3 years old and both showers showed signs of serious defects. I called around and got numerous quotes. All were insanely stupid high and then I got ahold of David and his team at Western Renovations. Not only was he super competitive in his bidding but was very helpful and understanding of what we were looking for in our vision. We ended up hiring them and what a great choice it was. Every person who came to my home to assist in the remodel was super courteous and helpful. What I appreciated the most though was the craftsmanship. In todays day and age, you dont find many companies who take pride in their work and who doesnt cut any corners. Western renovations was on top of each and every step with no corners cut and pride beaming from their work every step of the way! I wouldnt hesitate at all to use this company again. To me, this is the only remodeling company that exists in the Sac metro area and will continue to praise and recommended them all day everyday. Thankyou to David, Eugene and Alex for making this transformation possible. There is no doubt these showers will outlive the home.

From start to finish, Western Renovations completely exceeded our expectations. Were located in Roseville and needed a total bathroom overhaulours was outdated and falling apart. They turned it into a modern, stylish space with a double sink vanity, new shower & bath tub and fixtures, and gorgeous tile work on the shower and floor.

I had a hole in the external siding of my home. Unfortunately, it had been there for quite some time, and dry rot and mold started to set in. Eugene was able to get me a quote and fix the issue very quickly. He went above and beyond my expectations, removing and replacing a lot more of the area than I expected! They matched the paint color, which was a challenge due to the years of weathering. As you can see, the quality speaks for itself. They did an excellent job, and the siding looks as good as new! I would absolutely rely on Western Renovations for any future project.

David and Eugene helped me out of a tough situation. I had water damage in a bathroom and needed a renovation done to replace bathtub, retile, and clean dry rot. They were very prompt, helped me assess the situation and were available every step of the way to explain what was happening and why.
They were very upfront about all costs and went to great lengths to get the job done in a short amount of time. The bathroom looks fantastic, it's the best looking room in the house by far!
10/10 would use them again (and plan to).

We recently completed a big upstairs project that included 2 rooms, master bedroom, bathroom, and closet with Western Renovation, and we couldnt be happier with the results!! David, Eugene, and Alex were absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. David helped us get the project kicked started with providing ideas and visions of how the project would look and progress along the way. Any questions or concerns we had from the start he covered with great detail to give us peace of mind. Eugene was the project leader and took are vision and was able to organize all the details into a highly executed plan. He made sure we understood every aspect of the project and kept us informed on all the updates. The project went very smoothly because of his planning and communication with us. Alex came in from day one with one of the best work ethics Ive ever seen! He would work long days on the project and always left the house cleaner than he left it. Alex and Eugenes craftsmanship was truly remarkable. They did everything from demo, flooring, electrical, tile, painting, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc. These guys are pros at what they do! They were so pleasant to work with from their attention to detail, professionalism , and communication on all aspects of the project. We cant wait to work with you guys again!!

We were lucky to be introduced to Vitaly at the flooring store because the salesman just happened to know him and have his number handy. Shortly thereafter, Vitaly and Andrey installed a few hundred sq feet of hardwood in our new home. The results look great and we're very happy!
Vitaly and his team were extremely polite, timely, professional, reliable, and accommodating to our needs. And most importantly, of course, they simply did an amazing and speedy job with the installation.

Western Renovations did an amazing job remodeling two bathrooms and a living room wall in my coastal home. Andrey and Vitaliy had to navigate uneven walls, storms and power outages and still managed to finish my project earlier than they expected. Western Renovations did an amazing job remodeling my bathroom, kitchen, and hardwood floors in the kitchen. Vitaly gutted my kitchen and bathroom that had not been updated in over 30+ years. Vitaly and Andrey did a spectacular job with the renovations. Even when I went out of town, the team completed the work in a timely manner, and were honest and professional. Their work is exceptional and they were a pleasure to have around. The team had a positive attitude although my nerves were on the edge. Vitaly knew how to keep me calm for my first remodeling project. I will be calling them for my future renovation projects. They are amazing!!

Vitaly and Andrea worked on two of our bathrooms and did an amazing job. We are very happy with the work. They pay attention to the details to make sure work is done properly and customer is happy. Andrea is a perfectionist and he takes pride in his workmanship. He would re-do it if something is not done to his satisfaction. They worked with us closely to choose the tiles while placing them to make sure the final design looks great on the wall. Vitaly also gave me good suggestion on the overall project. They are honest and straight forward persons to work with. I had a great experience working with them. I highly recommend them an would definitely hire them in future.
