This was the first time having work done by John Wilcox/Sureway Comfort. I initially called to see if they would be able to install a hardwired batch type garbage disposal. The receptionist said she would check with the service manager and quickly got back to me saying they were able to do that. I made an appointment and they texted and emailed me confirmation.
They then notified me about a half hour before the technician would arrive and gave me his name, Bill, and his photo. Bill was friendly, courteous ,and very professional and installation went smoothly.
I appreciated how well this company handled the entire process..

Repeat customer, for a reason. Water heater broke down late Friday evening, called Sureway. Jerry (installed our whole house water filter system) returned my message at 8pm and set up service for the next morning. On the coldest weekend we have had in February, I walked into my office and it was under 40 degrees and the hvac unit was not blowing heat. Reached out to Sureway and they had there tech come out assess the problem and solve it under 5 hours. Great response, great service, great company.

Sureway was very responsive when I reached out to get a plumber in the middle of our winter deep freeze because a pipe split in my house and was leaking. They came out a day later, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the pipe within about 30 minutes of arriving. They were prompt, courteous, and were gracious when my dog wouldnt stop barking at them.

So after Ray came out the first time and we saw what was going on Ray took his findings back to the boss. John had came out a few days later and we sat down and discussed options as our ac unit was dead and the furnace was 20 plus years old. John was very nice and understanding of our situation and we decided on the amana units were to be installed.
Fast forward to this past week. Sure way sent out 2 crews to make sure it was done in the time we had to get it done in. Jerry, larry, Ray and Xavier were Amesome! Very respectful to us and our property! Great sense of humor and took pride in their workmanship! I can't say enough about these guys and this company! Absolutely amazing and I would recommend them. We had a few hiccups but john took care of them right away and informed me every step of the way! The new units are in and they are more than I expected! Quiet, efficient and just amazing! Can't recommend them enough! Showed up SO quickly even though it was early Christmas Eve, and we couldn't believe how reasonable they were. My 24 year old furnace gave out and Sureway was quick to respond with the most reasonable offer of 4. What I most appreciated was while others handed me a piece of paper with a bid, Sureway's owner sat and explained each option to me - the advantages and why I could get on without certain options. I felt completely in the driver's seat vs. having any concerns.

After hearing r leaky toilet problem Jerry felt we could wait until Monday and save weekend rate. We chose not to. Jerry was on time and immediately put his years of experience to work. Removed toilet, fixed the issues caused by improper previous installation. Sanitized floor and replaced toilet. Considering weekend rates I felt we were not over charged. Highly recommend.

Ive worked with John and Gretchen for years. They do excellent work, and their service has always been friendly and professional. Most recently, they helped me with a busted toilet valve. What I thought would be a long and involved job went very quickly because the plumber knew what he was doing. Great work!

I have used this company in the past and have found them to be reputable. Easy to schedule appointments! Texts are sent with a picture of who will be providing you service. I recently needed flappers replaced in my toilets. One of the two flappers did not seem to want to stop making noises. I called and Bill came once again and replaced the part. The company stands behind its warranties. I do feel unfortunately that the pricing on parts is pricey but every thing is going up now a days. I stand by my 5 star rating.

Kitchen sink disposal was leaking and Justin (?) did a great job of explaining what needed done and then installing a new disposal. He even cleaned the drain pipe connection on the other side of the sink. All in all a great job and a very personable repairman. I would highly recommend using Sureway for any home plumbing repairs!

Had my water heater burst last Monday evening. Contacted Jerry Johnson at Sureway and they had me scheduled the next day. Jason called and texted letting me know he was on the way and arrived on time. Jason was very professional and had the job completed in a couple hours. Completely cleaned the area and the only thing left was the new water heater. He did a great job. John, Jerry and Jason were great to work with from beginning to end. I will definitely use Sureway for any other work I have and reccomend them to anyone I know for plumbing and heating work.
