I had such a positive experience with a plumbing repair which turned into a bathroom remodel. I had a very insidious toilet leak in our downstairs bathroom which had been patched along by previous owners of the home and other plumbing companies. When I called Sam and Sons for a second opinion, they were prompt, courteous and professional. They came right out despite the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and did very thorough diagnostics and came up with a plan. while obviously more in depth than I initially thought, they made sure I understood everything that was going on every step of the way. I never felt as though they were pushy or gimmicky. I understood thoroughly what was going on, and our timeline for completion. Ramon and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were consistently punctual, tidy, communicative, professional, and worked around my schedule. As a healthcare provider, it is unpredictable to say the very least, and they were always so accommodating. These kinds of things happening right before the holidays are never ideal. Adam the Plumber is outstanding. He shows up on time, explains everything clearly, and gets the job done the right way without cutting corners. You can tell he knows his trade inside and out — he works confidently, solves problems quickly, and keeps everything clean while he’s working.
What impressed me the most was his attitude. He’s respectful, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great work ethic the way Adam does.

Sam and Sons did an amazing job restoring a primary shower stall to full use after being out of commission for three years! Sam listened to the issues and worked with me to find a solution that worked. His techs were thorough, very neat, and did very high quality work. Sam came twice on the day when his team was here to monitor the work and make sure the crew had what they needed.
I have not had such good customer service and quality work in a very long time! I will be hiring them again.

Sam and Sons Plumbing has honestly been one of the best companies I have worked with in a long time. From the moment I called they were responsive helpful and very straightforward about everything. Adam the plumber came out to my house and he was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing which gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being done right.
The pricing was fair the work was clean and everything was finished quicker than I expected. It is really hard to find companies that still care about their customers but Sam and Sons really does. Adam the plumber went above and beyond and made the whole experience stress free. I am genuinely impressed and I will definitely be using them again whenever I need plumbing work done. Recently, we had a huge downpour, and I noticed water leaking from my ceiling, so I called Sam & Sons and spoke with Emma. She was very professional and set me up with an appointment that same day. Sam arrived as promised and guided me through my repair. Unfortunately, many areas of this house are not up to code since it is 70 years old, but Sam was gracious enough to offer me advice on repairing a leak coming from a bathroom exhaust pipe on the roof. He was very informative, and I will be requesting his team's services next time I need help repairing something in my home.

I am so impressed by how much this company respects the customers' home. There was no attempt to upsell like an estimator from other companies attempted. Structural integrity of my home was improved while they were able to update the design. My goal was to improve the modernize my home but this company went above and beyond the goal I set for myself. I have recommend so many time by mouth that I thought I would write what I experienced as well.

After calling Eli in the office, Daniel came out to my house within the same day. Daniel found and solved the problem the within the day! The workers were very professional, concise, and knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend Sam and Sons’ and will be using their service for all of my home’s future needs.

I called Sam and Sons’ for an estimate on replacing a bathtub in my house. I was told by other companies it would require a full replacement and drywall damage, with estimates ranging up to $4500. After talking with Emma on the phone, Sam personally came to inspect the situation, informing me that no replacement was required. Daniel came out the next day to repair the grouting, allowing me to save the bathroom and $4000. I will definitely call Sam and Sons’ in the future to follow up with a bathroom remodeling.

I am constantly impressed by the commitment this company has shown to my family. For years Sam and Sons is the only company we’ve trusted with our townhome. After we bought a new house, we wanted a few structural components altered, and we were able to sit down with the contractor who told us how we could make everything most comfortable for my family without breaking the bank. Sam and Sons were able to reconstruct both entrances of the house, remodel the master bathroom and rearrange kitchen layout for our convince, and we didn’t have to push back her move in date, which was imperative. I am grateful my family had Sam and Sons, and highly recommend them to others.
