Tom did a great job of getting my roof repaired after a bad hail storm. He and his crew were professional and great to work with. He met the insurance adjuster at my home and discussed any issues with him at that time. He also handled any contact with my insurance company. Great experience.Paid Insurance deductible. Nathan and his team were excellent in navigating a large, complex project. He was punctual, thorough & guided me through the process. He and his team did great work from start to finish, and left our home/ work site clean and safe from debris. Since our roof was replaced, we experienced another hail storm and Nathan immediately came out to check on our roof. Luckily there was no damage, but his commitment to clients is top notch!

The hard working crew set up their stuff the night before the actual date and started working at the crack of dawn. I feel so good about my new roof. Driftwood Builders had come highly recommended and I soon found out why. Every step was clearly explained, both in Todds original presentation and in Christinas follow up at scheduling. I knew just what to expect. The crew were on time and worked tirelessly, in spite of the 107 degree temps. I had also needed quite a bit of facia replaced and they took care of that, including the painting. They even agreed to remove old gutters. Jose really went above and beyond to get those extras done. I could not have asked for a better experience. The roof is beautiful, well done, and I love it.

Prior to installing solar panels we wanted to put on a new shingle roof. We got three bids. Driftwood personnel were the most responsive and helpful. The bid was competitive and materials were top of the line. Installation was not only on time but moved up a week from original schedule. Several plywood panels underneath the old shingles were replaced. Clean up was daily and thorough. Roof looks terrific. After recent freeze caused several tree branches to fall on the roof, Chris Smith came out to confirm there was no damage. We are very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

There are numerous options available for roof replacement in the Austin area but at the end of the day we based our decision on promptness, value and trust. Todd Munsinger came out and actually got on the roof to inspect it. Not all roofers do that believe it or not. The bid was somewhere between the least expensive and highest. Todd made us aware that there might be additional costs for plywood but wouldn't know until they started to tear the old roof off. Gave us a range. When it was all said and done there were no additional charges. The clean up after each day on the job was excellent and when the job was completed our yard looked better than it did before they started. Todd and crew were great! Highly recommend.
