These guys rock! I was on the fence between them and Sunrun, they were just a tad higher on the monthly but it turned out to be absolutely the right call. My neighbor went with Sunrun and he’s had a hell of a time, they’re still not done!!! nonetheless Helios got everything done quickly and with ease, and the customer service has been phenomenal. They did a very professional job. They color matched the conduit and did great patchwork. I didn't need to do anything except answer my phone. Couldn't be happier. Always prompt and clean. No issues for over 8 months!

This is my third install (second house) and all three have been with different vendors. Helios did a great job from beginning to end. We have a big skylight that made design a challenge but we worked through it and got 25 panels on the roof. I appreciated the options of panel wattage and quality and we went for the best because of our relatively limited space. Besides the skylight I was deadset on not seeing the panels from the street so we worked through that as well. They gave me a proposal for Tesla Powerwalls but the business case didn't add up because LADWP was still giving full value for selling back to the grid unlike other utilities. I appreciated the option and discussion. I was very engaged in the whole process and it worked smoothly and we are generating over 30kWh a day if I'm reading my Enphase site correctly.

This company was recommended by a neighbor; we checked the reviews and were impressed. Taylor Crouse reviewed our electric bills and explained the process. The installation was a breeze, careful, neat and professional. The workers from Plug It In Solar were outstanding and did a fabulous job. Just waiting now for the Batteries. We would recommend them to anyone looking for solar solutions to their household issues.
I am adding to my previous, because we have had a somewhat rough time getting the actual TESLA Batteries, but Taylor Crous has been very communicative about the what, when and such of them coming. Even without the Batteries, our Solar Power has reduced our monthly energy bill to $0.00 or less and we have not had a bill to pay from SCE since April 2021. In fact we have a credit to our account. So they are still the best company going. Hopefully we are supposed to get our Batteries in a month or less.

3 Tesla Powerwalls, came out super clean. My husband laid this concrete slab before the installer and the team did a fantastic job. Was super thrilled that they were able to make a massive state grant happen for us that up until we spoke with Helios, had no idea existed! Higher recommend this company!

I recently completed a solar project with Helios: 16 panels and 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries. I couldn’t be happier. After researching many solar companies (and nearly making some costly mistakes), I reached out to Helios late in the game due to their high customer satisfaction ratings, where I was introduced to my rep, Henry. Henry and the team stepped in with professionalism, handled a few unrelated setbacks smoothly and cleverly, and made the entire process low-stress and transparent.
The install crew was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. Every question was answered promptly, and the system now runs beautifully. I love tracking my energy production and battery usage in real time, and having backup power gives me real peace of mind during SoCal outages. Bonus: I’m saving on energy and even earning money by selling power back to the grid.
Helios, and especially Henry, delivered on every promise and exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend them to my loved ones without hesitation.

After several company quotes and almost going to another company to get my batteries for my solar, I'm so glad to got in contact with Taylor from Helios Energy. The man is such a professional and very knowledgeable at what he sells. He explained every step before the process began and assured me that helious and it's staff would be here to answer any questions during the process of Installation. We can't recommend Helios Energy Global services enough. Our company is in an area that was affected by the Wolsey Fire and we work on digital projects that require power to be on constantly. To know that we will never have to worry about the controlled power outages is priceless. They take care of everything, including permits and all the red tape. Around 60% will be covered by a rebate and the rest is a tax credit. Too good of an opportunity to pass up.

Stoked on my Tesla Powerwalls paid for by California! I saw an ad on Facebook talking about rebates for homeowners in a High Fire Zones and at first it seemed a little too good to be true. After talking with Steven and learning more about the programs available everything seems legit and I took the plunge and signed. A few months later my state grant was approved and a month or two after that the Powerwalls were installed in my garage! The workmanship was amazing and the team was super communicative and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Steven & Helios Energy Global 👍

Mark Lewis and the Helios was amazing to work with from start to finish. Not only did they effectively install the battery packs, they installed our solar panels and upgraded our electric panel. The project has been completed for about 8 months and they still touch base with me to see how everything is going. Compared solar panel home installation details with two other solar companies and then Helios energy.
Prices were competitive along with detail presentation. Installation took approximately two business days, and then fire inspection, then finally final inspection. All in all I thought plug it in solar was very productive, professional, clean, and overall workmanship very excellent. Highly recommend Helio‘s energy for your solar needs.

Helios Energy has made getting solar in our HOA complex a breeze! They handled most of the work and communication necessary to get the job approved by the HOA. Taylor walked us through the process and was always available for any questions we had. The contractors who performed the install were quick, courteous, and knowledgeable as well. I've never had a big project like this go this smooth.
