Graham and his team did a great job replacing the siding on our house! We had water leaking in from an unknown location on one side of our house- Graham and his guys figured out the issue and fixed it! I can't say enough good things about him and his team. I would highly recommend Scout Roofing. It went well from start to finish. They kept all appointments or contacts on time as promised. Graham explained all the procedures, products used, and new roofing techniques and made sure I understood them. The actual roofing and gutter replacements were done with no problems. They had a good installation crew and had a company foreman on site. There communication and work product are excellent. They have even come back twice after the installation to ensure everything is working correctly. An excellent company and staff to work with. I would definitely use them again if a new roof is ever needed,

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Scout Roofing! I called countless roofing companies, and Scout was the literal only one who followed through, and held our hands through the long, confusing insurance process. Additionally, he was a treasure trove of referrals for other companies who performed far and away above any other we've experienced in Tennessee. Graham was very helpful with processing my warranty claim with the original shingle manufacturer. He is very responsive to both text and phone calls. Once my warranty claim was processed, he provided a fair quote explaining all of the materials his team was going to use to replace my roof including showing me samples of these materials. His team took extra care to not damage my landscaping or lawn. They arrived on time and were very communicative throughout the whole process.
My home is very close to my neighbor's house and they had some debris fall on their patio. They quickly cleaned up their area. They are very respectful and I would recommend to anyone who is having their roof replaced.

Graham Goodloe provided excellent customer service throughout the process of replacing my roof.
Graham made the warranty reimbursement approval process easy with minimal effort required from me.
Graham provided detailed photos and shingle samples for me to complete the required paperwork. He also provided several color options for the new shingles including locations of other homes in the area so i could actually see how they looked on completed roof replacements.
Graham kept me updated throughout the process which i very much appreciated!
The team that did the work were respectful of the property and worked through the excessive heat.

Ive used Scout Roofing twice in the last 18 months. The first time was for my roof that was damaged and denied by my insurance company. Graham came and checked it out and it was fixed in less than a day. The second time I called was for my patio roof that was rotting due to rain water collecting. Graham and his crew did an outstanding job removing the old rotten parts and repairing with gutter added. Its better than it was 10 years ago when we moved in! Graham is on time, courteous, helpful and does what he says he will do!

We really had a challenge with having our house next to a ton of trees. The gutters would get full and sometimes caused water to get into the house. Scout Roofing gave us a reasonable price to make sure we don't have an issue again! And I know the front elevation had to be a challenge on the hilly terrain, but no issues for these guys! They also fixed some issues they found with my roof as well that could have escalated if not addressed.

Graham and Scout Roofing went above and beyond to help us through an extremely difficult and time consuming insurance claim process. Even after coming out multiple times to redocument information for the claim, he was always friendly, prompt, and communicative. Graham and his crew were timely, professional, and our roof looks great! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I had the option.

I am impressed by their high quality work. The pictures they taken before and after made very easy to prove their quality! Also the whole process is very simple with no need to be presented. They gave detailed quote, showing where needs to be replaced with options for upgrade. Then the agreement of repair and final payment are all done through email - this made very easy for remote owner.

A tree limb fell on the roof of my residence and damaged the roof. I also had rotting wood and damage to roof in another area of the house. Graham Goodloe thoroughly inspected the roof and presented me with a detailed report- including pictures- of his findings. He was readily available with follow up calls to answer any questions and concerns that I had.
He also replaced the failing gutter system. His team did amazing work and professional repairs. The new gutters are amazing.
I highly recommend Scout Roofing and would use them again.
