I was quite pleased with the service. The company is very responsive and followed through with what we discussed when we spoke about the job before they started. WM Plumbing showed up during a Google search for "commercial plumbers in Miami". When I talked with the owner he assured me of his experience with commercial grease trap installations as well as knowledge of dealing with DERM and the City of Miami.
The process was slow, but more due to the government red tape than anything else. Then Covid-19 hit and every process had to evolve. Overall it took two years to complete the process, but I cannot be more grateful for WM Plumbing's persistence and due diligence in getting us over the finish line. I would use them again.

So, I have never written a review prior to receiving services but...this is the exception! I have a very specific issue that our company was trying to address and everywhere I called just recommended that I call someone else because they didn't offer the service I was asking for. I then called WM Plumbing and spoke to Gabriel. Instead of doing what everyone else had and sending me on my way, he asked me several questions to determine exactly what it was I needed. He then spent 10 minutes speaking with me, educating me about certain issues and why they exist, and then helped me make a plan to solve the problem. These are the kind of people you rarely encounter these days...genuinely nice, helpful and so knowledgeable. I'm super impressed and have stopped making phone calls (yay!) because I know exactly who I'm calling to schedule service.

Great company. I called them to clean my grease trap and need some paperwork filled out for the city. What I like about this company is the owner keeps communication with me, explaining everything they need to do to and they did exactly the same. They came in on time and the owner even sent me all paperwork 11pm at night because of my emergency. It was a pleasure working with a responsible company.

Gabriel and his team are excellent! Very seldom do you find a business owner like Gabriel who actually reaches out to you on numerous occasions to see how the work is coming along and to see if you need anything else. They keep you up to date with every detail and are very transparent. Overall this company is extremely responsive, diligent and personable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They deserve more than five stars. :)

Called WM Plumbing for an emergency. I was washing clothes and water started coming out of the drains in our showers. Within a few minutes I received a text that the plumber would be at my home in an hour. I received an initial call to see what the issue was and was given a few preliminary instructions. Felipe showed up within 45 minutes of the text and was able to resolve the issue on the first visit. Great all around service from the initial call to the actual service visit and follow up call to make sure everything was still running well. Thanks WMP, will surely be recommending your services.

Where can I start , WM plumbing is the best. I had very little water pressure in the house due to old galvanized pipes. I called and Gabriel came out quick to replace water line up to my house. They work professional and quick. I recommend them 100%. Thank you!

Today I had 2 issues, 1 clogged toilet and my sink. WM plumbing worked fast but professionally delivering an excellent service plus solving both of my concerns...and whats most important, always asking about my satisfaction on the service. WM Plumbing gave me phenomenal service! Contact person was Gabriel and he was very professional and I admired his professionalism and high level of experience in this field. I love people that work from a deep place of value for what they do, it makes the whole experience worth more then just a standard job getting done. I was able to get same day service and fast. My job was simple but Gabriel made sure he helped me explore my options of what I could do. I never felt like he was pushy, instead he took his time to educate me more about the matter and that made me feel real comfortable after I had called like 5 different plumbers. We were able to accomplish business but in a relational manner, you don't get that too much nowadays. Keep up the good work WM Plumbing, Gabriel and David!!!
