I recently had to renew my home insurance & the new carrier excluded our roof, so our agent referred me to RoofDog & they were out at my house just a few hours later. They explained that we could still file a claim against our previous carrier because we had 2 hail storms within the last2 years. Our Project Manager, Ben, was exceptional in every regard. They made getting a new roof an actual enjoyable experience. The most amazing part though was the morning of our installwe mentioned that our dog is 9yrs old & scares easily and so we were worried about the noise.. RoofDogs owner showed up that morning with a Luxury Day Pass for our sweet boy, Buster, at a local Dog Daycare & PetSpa. I am just so grateful for the experience! Recently got hit with a small hail storm while I was out of town for a couple of days. Unbeknownst to me, the hail stones created a crack on the flashing around my chimney and it began dripping a slow leak. When I got home 3 days later that small crack resulted in a slow drip water leak. I called RoofDog’s after hours emergency response number around Midnight. They had two crew members out within an hour and those guys got everything dried out, wet drywall and baseboards removed, and most importantly, they fixed the bad flashing, sealed everything up, & checked the full roof to ensure no other spots were unsealed by the original installer. 10/10 Highly Recommend. Honest, Professional, & very knowledgeable crew.
