This place may be a scam! Ordered a storm door in early April. Reached out to check mid-late June. Conveniently told door had arrived the day before and I would be contacted to schedule installation. It's been 3 weeks and every time I call, I'm told the installer will call today but it never happens.

Eastern Shore Window and Doors crew replaced my 14 double hung windows with expertise and professionalism. Management had great communication with me. Things were delayed because of Covid and they did warn me of that prior to me signing the contract. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased and this was worth the wait!
One year after installation I can tell you my heating and air-conditioning bills are much lower. These windows will pay for themselves within another two years!

Absolutely delighted with every aspect of getting our windows and doors replaced through Eastern Shore Window & Door. I received several quotes from different businesses, and Joe's was the best price with the highest quality products. We had 4 bedroom slider windows, 2 double casement windows, a front door, a front storm door, and 2 sliding glass doors with integrated blinds all installed in ONE DAY. Amazing work and cleanup. We had our bedroom window replaced. Joe came out, checked out the window, talked to us about the company and product. Took his time, very friendly and professional. Our window was installed in March 2026. Its April 2026 and also the first time seeing our new window. Beautiful! In March, the technician alerted me he was here and, not only that he finished, sent pictures and told me he had rehung curtain and shade. We will definitely use them again for our patio door screen (and when its time to replace the patio door). Six stars!!!

We finally got down the ocean to check our windows the outside look great but the inside we did not choose to have them finished off and was very disappointed how they looked. If you do choose Eastern for your windows pay the extra to have them finished. There were screws left in many of the windows I scratched my hand on one. We did find many chards of glass in our bedroom and living room. We also had an indentation in our wall in the bedroom which looked like a thumb near the edge of the window. All and all we like the windows but not exactly like we thought they would be. Again be there when they but them in. Jake the contactor said he was going out of town and needed to do them asap so I let him and I am sorry we were not there. You live and learn. Also just FYI for 6 windows it cost us $3,600. To finish inside was $600 sorry we did not choose this. Good luck if you go with eastern.

I ordered a slider and a storm door. The sales rep was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. I spoke with the owner several times to arrange delivery and installation that fit with my schedule. Eastern Shore was highly recommended and they should be. They were fantastic. I had a window and sliding glass door replaced. They are reasonably priced. Very nice and durable product..Communication was so important and they did that so well. I am so very pleased with the installation by Jake. I am amazed he did the installs by himself.
