Called Ted for a possible leak in my shower, not only did Ted call me back promptly, he was able to diagnose and give me a possible solution over the phone. Such helpful advice when he could have come by and charged me a fee like most plumbers would have. I appreciate the advice and will call Ted for all my future plumbing repairs.

We recently had two toilets replaced by Ted's Plumbing. Ted was very professional & provided very reasonable pricing to remove two old toilets & install two new ones. Although he encountered an unexpected problem with our flooring in one bathroom. He worked diligently to remedy the floor issue & successfully installed the second toilet. His workmanship was very good. Fair & friendly business to work with. Definitely will call on him again when necessary.

I had a few issues to be resolved. 1) Replace main shutoff valve 2) Replace water spigot for lawn hose 3) fix leak in piping to irrigation system. I called multiple plumbers with little to no response or extremely inflated prices. I then contacted Ted's plumbing and I am SO GLAD I did. Ted and Nick came out to look at the issue very quickly and began the work right away. The prices were so fair and reasonable and he EVEN gave me a receipt for the parts he purchased for the repair. On top of that, the repairs look amazing and both Ted and Nick were very honest, friendly, considerate and professional. I would highly recommend Ted's Plumbing for your plumbing needs and I will be using them in the future. It is so wonderful during the current economy when people are struggling, to find a company that seems to truly care about their customers and the work they do. Ted knows his stuff. He found and fixed a leak that baffled other professionals. He is reliable and doesnt charge an arm and a leg. He shows up when he says he will. I had a water heater blow out last Friday am, and called my home warranty company for help. After several hours, late into the afternoon, they informed me that they couldn't come up with a service provider. They told me if I could find someone they would reimburse me.
I found Ted's Plumbing and called - and to my surprise he answered his phone! I explained my dilemma and he committed to helping me as soon as he could, which would be late into the evening.
As it turned out, he was held by complications on the job he was on, and called me offering an early visit Saturday am to address the water heater. I sent him photos so he knew what to have for a new install and he was right on time early Saturday morning.
The job took approximately 2 hrs and I had a new water heater. I asked him to talk to my warranty company, which he did, and everything went very smoothly.
Ted has been in this field for almost 30 yrs, and he definitely knows his craft! I appreciated the quick responsive service, his professional demeanor and the excellent job he did with the new water heater!

I called Ted on a Tuesday evening as I noticed my water heater was on its way out (16 years in service). I will admit I was somewhat skeptical since I am a handyman and typically save on labor for home repairs, but plumbing is not something I dabble too much in and when it comes to this replacement I wanted someone who knows what they are doing. I am glad I chose to go with Ted as he was not only very reasonably priced, but also very thorough and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He came the very next day and replaced the water heater and I couldn't be happier with his work. I would recommend anyone in the area to use his service and now I have a plumber to call for all future jobs I may need.

Ted deserves more than 5 stars. Came in the fixed my hot water heater, when many other companies were trying to make me change the whole unit, (charge me $1000's). Ted came, explained everything, gave me a fair quote, and completed the job, in an all very fair manor. Honest, fast, friendly service. Definitely earned me as a customer. 5 stars, highly recommend for any plumbing work.
