Great customer service! Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Byron, the owner, was very personable and made contact with me the same day I called and quickly scheduled a day to visit. He answered all my questions and provided me with a very competitive quote in writing. He and his crew arrived on time, finished the job in one day and cleaned-up everything afterwards. I appreciated how Byron supervised the project, was always available to me for additional questions, and provided me with all the information and forms I needed to send to my insurance company including the free Mitigation Inspection report. I had a great experience with this roofing company. The owner, Byron, personally came out to perform a thorough roof inspection, including drone photos and an attic inspection to determine where the water damage was coming from. I also followed up with a phone call to review the findings and answer all of my questions. I appreciated the professionalism, clear communication, and detailed approach throughout the entire process. His repair and replacement estimates were very thorough. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a roof inspection, repair or replacement.

RoofPro installed a new roof on our home in March 2026. The entire project was seamless from start to finish. The owner Byron is very knowledgeable, professional and honest. All work performed was in accordance with the contract that was presented prior to the start of work. We contacted Roofpro Roofing to do an inspection of my metal roof as I had notice a few screws were coming out. A couple hours later Byron Toups (Owner) came by to do a walk around/inspection on the roof. That same evening he gave me a couple options with very detailed descriptions of what would be accomplished. Very thorough, timely and impressive businessman. Got us in the schedule for that week. The workers showed up early on the scheduled day. Expected them to be there extended hours as they replaced every screw in the roof and resealed the ridge/hip metal and all-around penetrations along with replacing penetration pipe boots. The team accomplished all work with three hours and were gone. There were no indications they had even come by except to see no screws sticking up. Wow!!! Byron came by that afternoon to inspect the work and took pictures of things that had been done. Great pricing, timely work, and treated us right. Outstanding workers and company. We highly recommend Proofpro to do roofing for anyone. Thank you Byron and your Roofpro Roofing team.

Byron was very good to work with, when our shingle selection was discontinued, he went out of his way to find a supplier that had the color we wanted. Crew arrived and promptly set up and got to work, fast, efficient and clean! I have found less than a dozen nails that were left behind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had some shingles failing due to improper installation by the original roofing contractor. Byron, with RoofPro, came out and took a look at it and was able to quickly and easily repair someone elses mistakes.
He was very helpful to help us with our problem and I would recommend him for proper roofing service!
