In addition, if there is an issue with the service, they will come back quickly to address it. The carpet cleaning is deep and thorough. I reached out to Nicholas regarding an issue I had with my brand new tile floor (ruined my grout with oil) and from my first communication with him to the actual service provided, it was nothing but exceptional! This was the best experience and the best clean I have ever seen in my life! The work done in my sons room was amazing! Smells great and all old spots from prior tenant are gone. Feels so much cleaner. Information was on point and provided details.
The best part is the tic tacs with their company name which is the best advertising I have seen as well. Very smooth process and quick. I just loved it! Never knew I could find such professional cleaning and quick scheduling

After searching and reading many reviews for a reputable company to clean my carpets, I settled on Mint Condition. After submitting my inquiry I received A call immediately and was put on the schedule the next day. My overall experience was exceptional! The price was a little high but was well worth it given my circumstance of what I needed done. Sean did a fabulous job explaining what was being used and was very professional.

We are so happy that we went with Mint Condition to have our carpets and upholstery cleaned. We have young kids and pets and the crew made the house look brand new again! They were very responsive through text and calls, and even came back out day-of when we called to request another chair to be treated. Mint Condition is an amazing company! Nick was professional, and kind to our situation. Other companies would charge an arm and a leg, but Mint had reasonable prices especially to clean a queen size mattress. Definitely will call again if I have any other service needed!
