Called Vibrant when looking for quotes to replace a 20 year old system and ductwork. John came out and did a Manual J scan involving generation of a rotatable 3D image of the house with all of its rooms to properly determine required tonnage and SEER2 rating. I got 3 other quotes, but those providers basically showed up and said you need X, Y, and Z - like throwing jello at a wall and talking about what sticks. Manual Js scans are done to meet code, engineering requirements, proper EPA energy and manufacturer requirements - so turn away anyone who doesnt do one. Once I learned about Armstrongs 22 SEER2 4-ton Inverter system - I was sold, as inverters convert to DC for the fan motors (outside and inside) and simulate AC for the compressor. DC fan motors can run at variable speeds, so with a highly efficient 22 SEER2 4 ton system it is mostly dehumidifying and occasionally cooling and you never hear the system.

Called them out of desperation on a Friday night for a top tier foodservice dealer and one of their top accounts. AI wasnt bad, but it was AI. John, the on call tech in Houston, called me back and sent everything electronically to get set up. He got in the phone with the customer and I because I didnt have the info, as this was after hours and I was not working. Sent me a service report right away through their automated system with a video. Got the unit up and running for the night and is coming back the next day for the permanent fix. Highly recommend if they have more techs like John. The investment in technology is highly appreciated.

We replaced our full system, and Vibrant Mechanical did a great job at a good price. The crew was also polite and cleaned up after the job was complete. We had to have them back out to make some adjustments, and they came immediately then came another day to review all the work from top to bottom. I was very pleased with them overall. That being said, the paperwork did not go as smoothly. There were a number of missteps in that area, and I had to follow-up multiple times. All in all, I would recommend them.

Thrilled with Vibrant's service, quality, and attention to detail. John came out to fix my non-functioning AC on an emergency after hours basis, and we developed a plan to fix the unit both in the immediate and longer term. The quote was competitive, and he explained everything in easy to understand terms. My AC was totally overhauled within 24 hours and now functions perfectly.
On top of that, the company owner came out once work had been completed to assess and add me to their loyalty inspection program free of charge. Cannot recommend them highly enough for coming through when needed most.

I cant say enough good things about this HVAC company! They came out quickly when the AC in my mobile dog grooming van went out, and had me back up and running in no time. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Working AC is critical for keeping the dogs comfortable, and they really understood how important it was to get it fixed fast. The repair was done right the first time, and my van has been running perfectly cool ever since. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs reliable and friendly HVAC service!
