Kevin and Ken installed a tankless water heater at my home - I messaged them on FB and received a quick helpful response, sent a few photos and they were able to come out and install. The whole service from contact to finish was friendly, helpful, quick, and they even informed me of a couple of things they noticed that need to be addressed while here, going above and beyond the service requested! They know what they're talking about and truly care about their customers.

Today Tanner Grice of THS Plumbing did his usual first-rate job. Replacing weakened and missing water delivery pipes on the water heater; tightening a faucet that was almost impossible to reach from beneath the cabinet; and crawling through the attic to determine if our exhaust fans expelled through the exterior. They did (new home, so I was not sure).

My hot water tank was leaking just as I was about to go on a trip. I called THS, made a quick appointment and they fixed it within a day maybe two but luckily its in the garage so it didnt do much damage. Good price and very quick service would highly recommend

I highly recommend this firm. Response time and then scheduling was friendly and fast. After arriving on schedule the pricing was fair and explained prior to execution. The work was done well and cleanup good. A small recurrence post work of an issue was handled quickly and professionally. They also use web based tools for scheduling etc which unlike so many others appear to work!

We had spent a week with another plumbing company trying to install our 28 gallon (tight space) condo water heater - result was no hot water for a week(try that for fun). Finally gave up on first plumbing company after two tries to complete install. I called Tucker plumbing on Monday and install completed Tuesday with no issues. So easy to work with. They also took extra effort to organize permit to limit delay for us. Thank you Mikala for your assistance and speed.

New Life Plumbing is great. I called Tyler on Wednesday morning to see if they could come out and check my hot water heater. Turns out I needed a new one. By 5:00 PM that day he had gotten me a new one and had it installed. I was so grateful that he was able to squeeze me in with no notice.
