I chose Sullivan because of our years with you. I'd disassembled our washer/dryer and a laundry sink for a new floor installation and felt professionals should do the reinstall of everything so it was done properly and that's what happened. we had a great experience. Chris at Sullivan diagnosed the problem with my mom's tankless water heater but just to confirm he faced timed with the factory rep while on site and they confirmed his diagnosis. Once the part arrived, Chris got the unit up and running and the total cost was less than the estimate if you can believe that. Knowledgeable, efficient and honest describes our experience with Sullivan.

My sewer line had a root ball causing a back up into the house. Sullivan responded the same day I called and tried all they could to get the problem cleared from removing my toilet. Unfortunately it could not done. They put in a sewer line clean out and got the root ball cleared out and my line flowing again. They did it all in a timely manner. I can't complain about the price as everything is expensive now days. If I have to call a plumber again SULLIVAN is my first call.

Chris and John came out, identified a leak and told me how they were going to fix it, how long it would take and quoted me the price, two hours later, leak fixed, no mess left behind and the cost came in u der the original quote. HONEST company, great service and honorable employees.
Hope I never need them again but, if I do I know who I'm calling.

Kody and Casey fixed my leaking tub faucet. They were knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, clean, and efficient. This is the second time I've hired Sullivan Plumbing and have been pleased both times with the staff and the work. Both times I have felt comfortable with them in my home, which is important to me as a single mom. I don't know how much plumbing jobs typically cost, but the price seemed very reasonable and pricing was upfront.

Can't heap enough praise on Sullivan! Very highly recommended. Great service, wonderful people. From our first call to the office, to the same day service to remedy our issue, they were terrific. Amy was very nice, and got us scheduled quickly. Kody showed up after what would have been his last call for the day, and we were only expecting a diagnosis and estimate. But even though it was getting late, Kody diagnosed the problem and solved our issue! He was very kind and cheerful. No need to go anywhere else.

Sullivan replaced a few leaky hose bibbs and some water supply lines for my faucets. The same person that provided the estimate also did the work, which was awesome. They finished the work in a timely manner and worksite was cleaned up really well. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We now feel like we have a reliable plumber. What a relief! We had our kitchen plumbed for a high-end steam oven we were installing. It required a cold water feed and a waste water drain for steam condensate. Our technician Nick was not familiar with the appliance (few people are!) but familiarized himself with it online ahead of time, and was certainly knowledgeable and competent in the tasks required, and practical in his approach to adapting the installation to our kitchen. They were able to schedule us quickly, and took excellent care of our floors, cabinetry, and clean-up. The system is now working flawlessly. He quoted me a reasonable hourly rate plus parts, and the total came in within the range he had guesstimated at the outset. We are very happy with Nick and with Sullivan Plumbing.

Nick from Sullivans Plumbing was super great to work with. His gentle demeanor was so pleasant while I was frantically in need of someone to run a sewer scope on a home I was trying to buy, so I had little time and needed it done asap. I had called several plumbers and no one who was certified was able to get to the home in the quick timeline I needed. He tried to do it in a way that would save me a little bit of money, but he was up front about the costs as we moved along. By end of day, I had a recording of the scope and a full write up. The gal that set up the appointment was super helpful and kind as well. I know who I will be calling next time I need a plumber! Thanks Sullivans!

Had to replace a faucet in our laundry room. We bought a new Delta pull out faucet rather than repair the existing hose and Sullivan did the install. Appointments were scheduled promptly and the plumber (Scott) was very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to call on then again.

We have been using Sullivan Plumbing for 20 years on 2 separate homes. They have installed new shower and bath plumbing, toilets, water heaters, also kitchen sink plumbing along with a new garbage disposal (May 2025). They also set up the well pump, outdoor faucets etc. So we have used them extensively.
We have always found them to be professional, highly skilled and generally -- on the ball. In addition, we also found them to be honest in what could be repaired vs replaced. They are a smaller company, but we see that as a plus.

Nick of Sullivan Plumbing quickly found the blockage in our sewer line and cleared it. We're sold on Sullivan Plumbing since 2 months ago a competitor scoped our sewer line and told us that everything was clear. Nick showed us where the roots were in our line and proposed a permanent solution which we are currently evaluating.

Highly, Highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing! Nick got our vacation back on track! Visiting WA on holiday, we experienced a leaking pipe that caused the water to be shut off until a fix could happen. Sullivan came to the rescue, arriving asap. Nick drove out to our location, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got to work! Plumbing issues are NEVER fun, but we feel very fortunate to have met Don Dawson in the midst of a doozy. He is a good and decent human and that goes a LONG ways in our book. And he has assembled a great team as well.
We had a complex plumbing problem arise in a home that houses a young family with 3 kids under the age of 10 - and only one bathroom. Don took us under his wing and saw us through every aspect, coming up with solutions that were rock solid (and creative!) that we feel very confident in.
He was very easy to communicate with, calm, knowledgable, and presented us with options all along the way that took many factors into consideration. He and his team were there when they said they'd be there and worked efficiently. They were mindful of noise, disruption to daily lives and schedules, cost, and came up with designs that were both cost effective and result in easier and more effective maintenance moving forward.
He made sure every step of the way that we were given opportunity to ask questions and be part of the decision making process. He also was welcoming of our desire to inspect the work in progress and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect. Who does that anymore?? It kind of blew us away. If we had questions, he took time to explain.
We had a lot of opportunity to interact with the office staff - and they were fantastic as well! We found each person to be friendly; their communication and responsiveness were first rate.
I cannot say that we look forward to any more plumbing problems, but I can say with all honesty, that we feel very confident in knowing who to call when the next time comes. Cant say enough good about Don and his team. They were lifesavers.
