Great service. Justin and his team answered the phone, came out to assess the situation immediately and got right to work. They sealed and protected my attic & crawl space thoroughly. The critters were gone by the time Certech was called, as I had already removed the insulation and replaced duct work. However, they were very diligent about setting traps and sealing remaining openings to prevent any further problems. Highly recommend!!

We've used Certech for almost 6 yrs now at our restaurant. We just opened a new restaurant that had horrible roach issues. They have eliminated all the roaches. I had a ground wasp problem and Gareth came out within a short notice window. (Need to let him know so he can bring his bee suit). He and his team were super communicative and fair with pricing from the first interaction to him coming on-site.
My neighbors happened to call pest control the day before so the wasp issue was resolved but Gareth still did a proper inspection and even did a rodent inspection proactively. He made helpful recommendations, knows his stuff, was honest, and was friendly. Other pest control services made me feel like I had to purchase expensive services or I would be faced with major issues.
If I need anyone for pest control, I will be calling Certech first. Thanks Gareth!

We had Justin come to our apartment building to address a bed bug issue in one of our units. Certec arrived on time and after their treatment the tenant was pleased and bugs were remediated. However as fate would have it after 4 or 5 months the bugs resurfaced and Justin was quick to respond and returned in a rainstorm to retreat the unit at no cost- if you have bed bugs Certec should be on your vendor list

The Certech team arrived on time and did all the planned work in a professional way. They went under the house and set traps. They returned this week for an inspection and will do so until we have no rodent activity. I had an intrusion from a ground squirrel and Justin came out the following day and concreted the area and solved the problem. They are a great company.
