I just spent 45 minutes riding a glowing review and it didn't post. Sorry guys, you get the abridged version. Zak, who initially did my HVAC maintenance appointment was very honest and forthcoming and advised us not to spend $6,200 in a 12-year unit. We set up an appointment with Ken, their sales consultant for the next morning and our new AC unit was installed Thursday morning by Andrew, Cody, Quinn. They were awesome! We needed duct work. They had that done and the old unit ready to be taken off the roof by the time the crane operator arrived. Their cleanup was as if they were never here. I highly recommend you spend $20 a month and become a VIP member!
On a side note that has nothing to do with this crew - I wish the crane operator would have been fully paying attention the entire time he was in our driveway. He had our new AC unit dangling over our house and thought he had time to scroll on his phone. Nothing happened, but have you ever heard of freak accidents?

Michal was very pleasant and knew his stuff! He verified the issue before beginning work. He had to visit Home Depot for drain parts and returned with exactly what was needed. He replaced the faulty trap with precision. He identified a couple of additional potential problems with our shower. We couldn't be happier. He even played with our little dog while he was waiting for the glue to fully set. Nice guy - we would welcome him back anytime!
As a follow up, I need to give Michal another set of kudos. He recommended that we wait until someone took a shower to verify there were no leaks before repairing the drywall. I verified that it stayed dry during and after my wife's shower. Thanks to his diligence in cutting a precise rectangular hole, I was able to patch the ceiling quite easily!

Great experience having to have our garbage disposal replaced. It had started to act up but then was fine. We came back from vacation and it was dead. Day & Night responded quickly to the request for a quote. Derek P was our technician. He was professional, gave us a few options on replacement units with good explanations to my questions. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to during the process. Overall extremely satisfied with the entire process.

I've never met such a hard-working man! Jordon performed an excellent job. My husband and I are pleased and grateful for the work hes done today! Jordan is very knowledgeable in his area of work, and when we had questions he took the time to explain positively! Hes very polite and professional. If we need future services, we would like to ask for Jordan as our technician. We cant thank him enough!

Im happy to say that our experience was awesome. It first started with the woman that answered the phone and gathered my information to set up an appointment. Im sad that I forgot her name, but I want to share my experience with Michal Orlowski our plumbing technician. He was so professional and very patient explaining everything to me for all the questions and show and tell.. he checked out my tankless water heater and descaled it for me, that was minor compared to the big job that he had to do on the valve that had to be replaced on our outside water pipe, 3 inch valve. Turns out it was quite the job. Im very blessed that my girlfriend Susie turned me onto this company and Im very blessed that they sent this amazing technician.
