Vijay and Kyle came on a Saturday afternoon to fix our toilet after another plumber didnt do a good job. They worked so hard and were very polite. Thankfully they got the object out of the toilet and the toilet is working like its brand new! They were very experienced and knew what they were doing!

The two guys who came to replace our 75 gallon water heater explained our water system to us very clearly, which helped us decide what to do with our water softener issue. They replaced the big water heater quickly and cleaned up very efficiently as well as were very respectful and knowledgeable! Thanks guys!

Had some things we needed checked out for the sell of our home. I procrastinated on getting in done but when I called they were able to come the next day. The guys were so smiling snd friendly, professional, gave honest and fair service and even gave us great advice on how to prevent or prolong things for future. I never once felt taken advantage of and overall had a great top notch experience. Will absolutely be calling again and recommend them highly

While I never look forward to calling a plumber this company made a horrible experience less stressful and truly went out of their way to help me. They were on time, respected my home (and my dogs who kept demanding their attention) and got my drains working again within a couple of hours.
Definitely keeping these guys for any future disasters.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was referred to them by a neighbor and Vijay was able to come out the same day to take a look at my water heater.
I was frantic because another company had told me I needed a new water heater and that it would be $1900 to replace. Vijay was able to replace a couple of parts for under $200 and get it working like new again.
I will definitely be recommending Rocky Mountain to everyone I know and while I really hope I don't need a plumber again any time soon, I know who to call if I do.

Had these guys called out on a warranty call to replace the washer and dryer hookups as well as a hose bib. The plumbing work looks really good, however the plumbers left a huge mess behind. Giving a good review though because I called the owner and told him about the dry wall plaster mess left all over the floor and many other messes left behind. He was very apologetic and paid to have his cleaning crew come out the very next day and not only clean up the mess from his plumbers but they cleaned my entire down stairs.
Mistakes happen, but this guy owned it and did more than enough to make it right. With this kind of customer service I would use these guys again.
