Water Filter Installation
Our services help homeowners incorporate water filtration into existing residential plumbing. We work with under-sink equipment, whole-house treatment units, and specialized filtration technologies. System selection takes into account water testing, pipe condition, and the contaminants requiring attention. During installation, we prepare plumbing connections, check applicable requirements, and verify the completed system functions as intended.
Water Heater Installation & Repair
Our water heater service begins with an evaluation of the existing equipment and a discussion of available solutions. We compare repair and replacement costs before providing an estimate and expected work schedule. Licensed plumbers then complete the necessary installation or repair and perform appropriate safety checks. Where required, we arrange electrical coordination with qualified professionals.
Leak Detection & Repair
We provide leak detection services designed to identify water loss without unnecessary disruption. By combining visual assessments, meter testing, and focused investigation, we determine whether the issue involves an accessible pipe or underground service line. Our plumbers explain their findings and outline suitable repairs. When replacement offers greater durability, we present the available installation methods.
Main Water Line Replacement
When galvanized water pipes begin deteriorating, isolated repairs may not address the underlying corrosion. Our approach emphasizes complete service line replacement to reduce the likelihood of repeated failures. We inspect accessible plumbing connections, evaluate the existing pipe material, and explain available installation methods. Both traditional trenching and trenchless boring are among our replacement options.
Drain Cleaning
Persistent drainage problems require proper identification and effective clearing methods. We address slow drains, standing water, recurring toilet backups, and blockages affecting multiple fixtures. Depending on the situation, our services include mechanical cabling, camera inspections, and hydro jetting. We carefully explain our findings and determine the most suitable approach before proceeding with additional work.
Trenchless Pipe Lining
Choosing between trenchless restoration and conventional sewer excavation requires an accurate understanding of the existing pipe. We begin with camera diagnostics to evaluate damage, access, and overall condition. Our services include cured-in-place pipe lining and pipe bursting for suitable situations. We explain the available repair options so homeowners can consider disruption, costs, and system requirements.

We would highly recommend Precision Plumbing. They did a great job of re-plumbing our older house over a year ago. When we have any plumbing issues at either of our houses we call them and they respond quickly, professionally and are nice to work with from the phone call through completion of the job. Josh has crawled under our shallow crawl space with a smile and gets the job done.
