Momentum Janitorial provides commercial office cleaning and day porter services for professional offices, corporate facilities, creative workspaces, and multi-tenant properties. We build the program around how your facility is used, from quieter work areas to busy entrances and shared spaces.

We start with your layout, operating hours, traffic, access requirements, and priorities. Together, we establish what needs to be cleaned, how often, and when. Office cleaning can include dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, interior glass cleaning, and restroom and breakroom care. After-hours service can prepare agreed areas for the next workday.

When people are coming and going all day, a porter can give busy areas attention between scheduled cleanings. Agreed duties may include restroom checks, replenishing supplies, tidying lobbies and breakrooms, removing common-area trash, and responding to routine spills. Coverage follows the building’s activity and the work we agree with you.

A clear plan also needs follow-through. Our trained cleaning teams are supported by scheduled and unannounced supervisor visits, quarterly customer quality reviews, and responsive communication. Those reviews give you a regular opportunity to discuss performance, raise concerns, and adjust priorities as your workplace changes.

Carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and electrostatic disinfection are available where appropriate. We review the surfaces, condition, access, and scheduling needs before defining additional work. Sanitary supply management is available as an add-on for ongoing cleaning customers.

Before scheduling, we review the areas included, surface compatibility, preparation, access, and occupancy. Treatment takes place after hours or at an agreed time when the application area is unoccupied. Product-label directions govern preparation, application, required wet contact time, protective measures, and return-to-use conditions. This service complements routine cleaning and the required removal of visible soil. Suitable one-time treatments and additions to ongoing janitorial programs can be discussed, with scope and timing agreed in advance.

Coordinate everyday workplace consumables through the team that already handles your cleaning. Sanitary Supply Management is an add-on for customers with an ongoing Momentum commercial cleaning program. During scheduled visits, technicians monitor agreed inventory and report items approaching their reorder levels. A supervisor reviews the need and coordinates approved orders with commercial suppliers. The managed selection can include paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, can liners, compatible dispenser refills, and other agreed essentials. We establish product choices, storage arrangements, purchasing responsibilities, approvals, and replenishment procedures with your team. Quantities and reorder levels can be reviewed as occupancy or usage changes. This service helps organize routine supply checking and ordering and is available only with Momentum janitorial service.
Questions
Can you work from the cleaning specifications we already have?
Yes. An existing scope or task list gives us a useful starting point. We review the areas covered, task frequency, building hours, access requirements, and anything you want improved. We can sometimes prepare a quote by phone; when a closer look is needed, we can walk the property with you before finalizing the proposed work.
Will the proposal distinguish regular cleaning from periodic work?
We establish the areas included, the duties, and how often each task will be performed before service begins. Periodic work such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning is discussed separately during planning so you understand how it fits into the program. The proposal and service agreement define the work being priced and the responsibilities involved.
What happens if the same cleaning issue keeps coming back?
We review the recurring concern against the agreed scope and coordinate follow-up with the cleaning team. Scheduled and unannounced supervisor visits help us assess the actual work and identify details needing attention. Do we need a full-time day porter if only certain hours are busy?

Then we agree on the duties and coverage hours, coordinating daytime support with the regular cleaning program.
Can our buildings have different cleaning scopes and schedules?
We plan service around each property’s operating hours, occupancy, traffic, and priorities. Buildings within the same portfolio can have different duties, service frequencies, and daytime support requirements. We can review those needs together and develop proposed scopes for each property, with the work and coverage agreed upon before service begins.
Who handles restroom supplies and reordering?
Your team can provide supplies for our cleaning staff to replenish where that duty is included. If you want help monitoring inventory and coordinating purchases, Sanitary Supply Management is available as an add-on to an ongoing Momentum cleaning program. We agree on products, reorder levels, purchasing responsibilities, and approvals, with supervisors coordinating approved orders and replenishment arrangements.

Thia company does a fantastic job keeping our office in pristine condition. They provide the commercial janitorial service which includes all of the office cleaning as well as day porter services. When our cleaning person retired we choose to hire a professional commercial office cleaning company. We hired Momentum Janitorial because they seemed like the best fit for our office. They have a good management team that are always on top of things which we like. And the cleaning staff they have coming in each night are amazing we love them.
