This is our second home located in Archdale, NC. We had a list of repairs that were needed: sewer pipe replacement, mysterious leak in our basement ceiling, and an outside faucet that was vibrating. We received several quotes on the work. We cannot begin to describe how impressed we are with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as a company and the quality of work they did. Getting the lowest price was not our objective, however, they were Thousands (!) of dollars lower than the competition and their warranty was unbeatable. Our technician, Jeff, was superb. Professional, friendly, & diagnosed and repaired ALL our plumbing problems quickly. He explained everything very clearly and offered us options on the repairs. To quote my husband, "The new faucet is a dream!" We couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship and the price. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We will not use anyone else.

While visiting my Uncle in Kernersville, they had a running toilet and a leak at the base of it. We use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing where I live, so I suggested calling them. They arrived right on time, diagnosed a worn flapper and bad wax ring, and gave us a clear quote before starting. The repair took less than an hour, left no mess, and fixed the problem completely. Gave a fair price. Highly recommend!

I have used Benjamin Franklin 3 times in the last month during a home repair. Nick and Jackson were my technicians. The communication was impecable, I was kept informed of arrival times, costs and options. If there was a need to repair more, it was discussed, costs reviewed and other options. I can not describe how informative and professional they were. Fixed all of my needs. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a job done correctly. I don't think they are the cheapest but they are the best. I loved the communication!

We had an issue with our water heater late in the evening and called around 9:30 PM, expecting to schedule service for later in the week. To our surprise, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of the Triad responded immediately and had someone out the very next day!

Sebastian with Ben Franklin Plumbing is a great technician. Started out with a clogged toilet courtesy of our toddlers which led to a bad toilet and a discovered leak and a bad water heater. Customer service from the on the way text to the clear communication was top notch!

The ease of scheduling, and the communicating were fantastic. Once Jeff got here, he took a look at the problem and had a solution, along with an estimated repair cost within 5-10 minutes. Jeff worked efficiently to get our pipe repaired, replaced the hot water overflow and did some light concrete demo and repair in less than 90 minutes. He was very polite and professional as well.

We had an excellent experience working with this team to install a whole-home water softener, water filter, UV light, hot water recirculation loop, and a new tankless water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to quality.

We can’t say enough good things about Chris! Replacing our hot water heater ended up being more complicated than a simple tank swap, but Chris went above and beyond. He took the time to figure out exactly what needed to be done, gave us multiple options, and worked hard to get it all finished surprisingly fast.

Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain safety info and answer all our questions thoroughly. On top of that, he was just a genuinely great person to have in our home—friendly, personable, and respectful. He was so sweet to our 8-year-old daughter (and even joked back with her!) and was kind to our dogs too, even though they were gated away. Little things like that really meant a lot to us.

If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and truly cares about their work and the people they’re helping, we highly recommend Chris.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing has been phenomenal to work with. Every person we have had contact with (Nick, Tim, and Tripp) have been amazing; very processional and caring. They provide very timely estimates and exceptional work at a fair price. They did a large water main repair/replacement for us and we are very pleased with their work. Wednesday evening came home to 3 busted water lines under my home, called BF plumbing. They were there in 15 min of my call. Did the survey of damage and also found another issue with the tank. Tim Southard Quoted a VERY reasonable price and had a tech onsite first thing next morning as the repair needed parts from an already closed supply house. Chris Showed up smiling and friendly and got right to work. Gave me constant updates and checked for more leaks after he was finished. Not too mention doing all this work in a cramped and flooded crawl space...MY REPAIR IS COMPLETE. AWESOME SERVICE...AWESOME PRICE. I even have better pressure then before.

My main water line broke and a "river" was flowing across our concrete driveway., tearing up the drive was not an option. Tunneling under was expensive and put the line in danger of tree roots again.
Chris came to offer options and had a great idea to run a new line around the driveway and connect at a new place under the house. 811 came to mark the utility lines and I "freaked out". The new line would cross the utility lines in several places!
I called Chris to cancel and he assured me he could do it by hand digging where needed. A crew showed up 30 min earlier than planned and 8 1/2 hrs later we had water and no cables cut...they put down grass seed and Chris came back 3 days later to check on the work and put down straw.
They are not the cheapest but none of the estimates were "cheap".
If you want a guaranteed quality repair you get what you pay for and I highly recommend them.

Corey was professional in every aspect of his service call. He politely introduced himself and took the time to explain how to light the gas fireplace in a way that did not make me feel foolish. It was my first time ever lighting or using a gas fireplace and I did not the house to explode!

He checked the hot water heater that feeds hot water to the baseboards and checked the gas powered hot water heater that supplies hot water for dishes, laundry and showers.

Corey explained that the hot water heater was four years old and that it is recommended that the tank be purged (emptied) every year to extend the life of the tank.

Based on his recommendation and the offer to waive the $79.00 service call fee, I gave him the go-ahead to empty the water tank.

We discussed a major project to re-plumb the whole house (it has been jury-rigged over the past 60+ years) and he said that he would rather have his manager come around (no charge) to give a better, more experienced estimate for such a large project.

I strongly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and I will probably call on their service next summer for the whole-house re-plumb.
