Business Details
Crafting living spaces with architectural precision and a legacy of craftsmanship.
Anani Remodeling is a licensed general contractor based in Roseville, California. We work on homes across Sacramento and the surrounding cities, handling the whole project rather than one trade. What we do:
- Kitchen remodeling, from targeted updates to full layout redesigns
- Bathroom remodeling, including tub-to-shower conversions and custom tile
- Custom cabinetry built to order for kitchens, bathrooms, offices and closets
- Custom decks in composite, Trex and hardwood, plus pergolas, railings and deck lighting
- Siding installation and replacement
- Window replacement
How we work:
Every project starts with a free in-home consultation. We measure the space, ask the questions that decide the scope, and put together a written, line-by-line quote before anything begins. You see what each material and each labour category costs, so you can decide where to spend and where to simplify.
We pull the permits and handle the inspections on every project that needs them, and we do not skip that step when asked. Unpermitted work creates problems at resale and leaves the homeowner carrying the risk.
Because we are a Class B general contractor rather than a single-trade specialist, one company runs the project from the first site visit to the final walkthrough, and you have one point of contact throughout.
Service area: Roseville, Sacramento, Rocklin, Folsom, Granite Bay, Fair Oaks and El Dorado Hills.
Licensed, bonded and insured. CSLB #1157715, Class B General Contractor. The licence can be verified at cslb.ca.gov.

Services
Kitchen Remodeling
Full kitchen renovations and targeted updates — layout redesigns, custom cabinetry, countertops, lighting and appliance integration. We handle the plumbing, electrical and permits as one project, so you deal with one company from the first measurement to the final walkthrough. Free in-home consultation and a written, line-by-line quote before any work begins.
Bathroom Remodeling
Complete bathroom remodels and targeted upgrades — tub-to-shower conversions, custom tile, frameless glass, vanities, heated floors and accessible layouts. Every shower is built on a properly waterproofed, flood-tested pan, because the part you never see is what decides whether the room is still sound in fifteen years. Permits and inspections handled.
Custom Cabinetry
Built-to-order cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, offices, garages and closets. Sized to the actual wall rather than to a stock module, which is usually the difference in a narrow or irregular room. Made by the same shop that builds our kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, so finishes match across the house.
Custom Decks
Custom decks designed around your yard, grade and sun orientation, no kit systems. Composite, Trex and hardwood decking, multi-level layouts, cable and glass railings, built-in seating, pergolas and deck lighting. Footings are poured to engineered plans and inspected before framing. We also repair and rebuild existing decks, including ones we did not build.
Siding Installation
Siding installation and replacement in fiber cement, board and batten, vinyl and T1-11. Proper flashing and water management behind the cladding, not just the visible surface. We coordinate siding with window replacement and deck ledger work when they touch the same wall, so one crew handles the whole detail instead of three.
Window Replacement
Replacement windows from Anlin, Milgard and Andersen, retrofit, full-frame, over-stucco and over-siding installations. We measure each opening, handle the permit where one is required, and finish the interior and exterior trim so the job is complete rather than left for someone else.

We had a fantastic experience with Anani Remodeling. They took down our existing deck and built a new deck using Trex materials, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It turned out amazing and honestly better than we expected.
Daniel was amazing to work with, very professional, responsive, and made sure that everything went smoothly start to finsih. He outlined our project scope, worked with us on the design and permitting, communicated any changes we needed, and sent tons of photo updates.
The deck was also completed even sooner than our estimated timeframe which was the cherry on top.
Couldn't recommend Daniel and his team more. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We are even having them come back to work on other parts of the house! 11/10 experience.

I had the privilege of working with Amani remodeling services for a kitchen remodel. The experience was seamless, well organized and professional. If we had any questions regarding the remodel process, they were answered in a timely and professional manner by Daniel.
Daniel carried a deep understanding of the whole remodeling process ensuring the project did not run later than expected and everything was completed as discussed in the beginning.
I highly recommended Anani Remodeling to anyone looking for quality work. I will be returning in the near future.

Anani remodeling was the easiest out of all companies to get an estimate. Super flexible and willing to help with things not even related to the job.

I’ve known Daniel for years.. and he’s easily one of the most honest contractors I’ve worked with.. He runs Amani Remodeling with a lot of confidence, he doesn't cut corners, keeps you updated every step of the way, and he actually cares about getting the details right. If you want a builder who shows up and does quality work without the runaround, give Daniel a call.
