Kent Eppley started Eppley Renovations Inc. in 1984 as a general contracting firm. As the demand for quality building and construction in Fairfield County grew, it was only natural to add design services for clients who wanted the convenience of everything under one roof. In 1998 Mike Palumbo joined the company as an innovative designer. Mike was the second individual to become a certified residential designer by the American Institute of Building Designers in the state of Connecticut. Over the years ERI Building and Design has won many awards including Best Custom Home, Builder of the Year, and Outstanding Home.
