Broughman Builders, Inc., is Maine's choice modular and manufactured home dealer offering modular, double wide and single wide homes. We offer a variety of styles including ranches, capes, chalets, two story homes, and the ever growing popular mini-modular. We have hundreds of floor plans to choose from and all our homes and floorplans are customizable. In addition to our modular homes we also offer full general contracting services plus turnkey packages, also known as land/home packages throughout the State of Maine.

We, Mike and Daisy Wight, are the owners of Broughman Builders Inc. We purchased the business in 2004 from the original owners when they (Jack and Peggy Broughman) retired and moved to Arizona. We are dedicated to continuing the traditions of high quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Even after the project is complete! Working together with our dedicated team of carpenters and sales staff ensures our clients will receive a quality home backed by communication throughout the entire project.
