Overhead Door Company of Southwestern Idaho, a distributor for Overhead DoorTM Corporation, has been locally owned since 1953 and became incorporated in 1962. We have since grown into the largest independent dealer in the Pacific Northwest and now cover Idaho, Eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington. My distress call to Overhead Door to address a broken tension spring was answered promptly, courteously and professionally. We called first thing in the morning, were told if they could they would make it out that afternoon.
Originating as a department within a small lumberyard chain in New Plymouth, Idaho, Overhead Door Company of Southwestern IdahoTM, a division of Overhead Door, Inc., began serving the area of Southwestern Idaho in 1953. The business service area expanded into the Boise area and incorporated in 1962. A true family business, growth continued with the addition of Lewiston in 1978, and Twin Falls and Sun Valley in 1983. Growth continued in the 90's with the addition of the Spokane and Northern Idaho markets.
