My original deck doors were old and needed to be replaced. After looking for options I can across Tri-State Windows and Siding. I got sliding doors with in-glass blinds and couldn't be happier! The installers were fast and efficient. The quality is great for the price. I highly recommend using them.

We needed a new bay window installed and Tri-State came highly recommended. They did a great job. There were a few issues, but Anthony and his team were very attentive and responded quickly and took care of everything.

Had windows in my house done by Tri-State in 2014 which are supposed to be covered by a lifetime warranty. Have been calling since December to try to get 2 with broken seals replaced. In Dec. I was told they don't do it in the winter, call back in March. In March I was told they couldn't do anything due to covid restrictions. TODAY (6/15) I was told that despite covid restrictions being lifted on construction, they couldn't do it because the owner wasn't allowing his service department to start back up since they "HAVE TO" go into multiple houses a day. Why do they HAVE TO? If you are concerned about your workers, limit the number of replacements they can do in a day, make both the service rep and customer wear masks, and abide by social distancing. At this point, I do not appreciate the run around. These windows are expensive and the fact that the seals broke on 2 when they are only 6 six years old indicates the product quality is questionable. And the fact that you are refusing to honor your warranty or provide a timeline as to when you will is ridiculous. I would not recommend.

We had Tri-State install 20 windows. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the windows and the installation were great!

We met Jordan at the Rockland Home show in 2016. We hired them to do the siding and stone work on out house in New City NY. We were so pleased with their work when it came time to do our roof, we contacted them again. Their price was a little higher then another quote we had, but we went with them because of the quality of the work that was done before.

The installation of our sliders and 36" sunburst circle window were performed professionally. The installers kept the area very clean during and after installation. The sliding glass doors were installed on a cement slab that had a raised floor and they removed the old slider and installed the new one without tearing out any of the flooring or damage existing siding. A seamless job was performed.
The circle window was not quite the same fit since the original window being replaced was 30-years old. They provided a good solution so that the J channel looked clean. After the installation was complete, they reviewed care for the windows and explained about the foam insulation used in the round window. Jason, the sales associate, called while they were still here to ensure that the job was satisfactory. A lifetime warranty is provided which is also transferable if the house is sold. A beautiful job that will make our home more efficient in energy savings.
I would highly recommend Tri-State to any potential customers.
