We don't only build custom homes and remodels; we also do a litany of commercial work, big and small. Our clients range from Grand Hyatt Hotel to Kauai Kailani, First Hawaiian Bank to St. Michael's Church, King Auto Center to Kauai Chocolate Company and many more. From building walkways, stairwells and railings to emergency duct work; full exterior facade remodels to drainage remedial work; new metal buildings to ADA bathroom compliance, and everything in between. Condominium projects, as a whole, continuously need to be maintained and/or upgraded, especially those near the ocean.
Going Green has had a shaky reputation in the past with skeptics as being only for tree huggers and hippies (sorry if I offend anyone). In fact, when I first proposed the idea of becoming a Green Builder, I got a few raised eyebrows in my office. As a company in business for over 40 years you can bet that they have a set way of building, and the "old timers" aren't accustomed to the idea of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (again, no offense). But honestly, it's just a misunderstanding of the definition of going Green.
Residential projects can be loosely divided up into 2 categories: custom homes or remodels. Many times a home owner who wishes to build their dream home will hire an architect and/or designer to help them put their dreams onto paper. A custom home or remodel can also be designed by your Contractor. We're happy to discuss, design and build for you. Remodels can be big or small. Kitchen and bathroom remodels are very popular for keeping a house updated and comfortable. Also, enclosing a garage, building a second story, adding square footage to your existing home or making ADA compliant changes are great options when your family's needs change.
