Visited Merit Kitchens in Parksville (inter island design centre) to ask them to give us a quote on our kitchen renovation. If you want to get blown off and more or less told that they are not interested, this is the place to go. The fellow I spoke to who was recommended to me, did not even discuss any of their products or even offer to give me a card. He simply told me to write my contact info on a piece of paper, and he would call the following Monday. He then said feel free to look around and went into the back of the store which is the last we seen of him. My wife and I were absolutely shocked and upset about his attitude. We went across the street to another merit kitchen (classic kitchens) and had a great experience. They walked us through all the products and set up an appointment to visit our house, which the arrived early for. Easy to say who chose. Still waiting for inter island to call!

They look pretty, but, they don't last very long. My laminate cabinets delaminated in five years and the warranty did not cover this because Merit claims it was water damage. It may have been as my kitchen just happens to have a sink and a dishwasher. So if you have a family, a sink, or a dishwasher do not put these in your kitchen. Look for another brand. Believe them when they say, "limited warranty". I would not recommend this brand.
