Terrific. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. Henry and his crew were dream contractors -- friendly, professional, and punctual from start to finish. They did exactly what they promised and made the process as easy as possible for us. We had to have our roof replaced due to hail damage. It involved a lot of paperwork with the insurance company. Henry walked us through the process and handled all the details, saving us a lot of time and trouble. When the job was finished, he made sure our yard was spotless - no stray nails or roof tiles left behind. The roof, siding, and trim look great. We would recommend Nations Home Remodelers to anyone.

Phenomenal. We'd have Nations do any remodeling work we need. Beyond our kitchen, which is absolutely gorgeous, since we bought our house 15 years ago, we've used Nations to do all new windows, all new siding, a new roof, and a complete bathroom renovation. Henry is the owner, incredibly fair, and we'd recommend him to anyone. We've never had a problem with any work they've done, but we are confident that if we did, it would be promptly remedied.

I initially contacted this company for a free in-home estimate. On a Monday I called to cancel the Wednesday appointment because I was going to select another company. I received a call from someone at the company asking if they could come out that day to provide the estimate. I agreed and the guy came out a little earlier than the appointment. During the appointment, we were interrupted several times because he would stop and answer his phone which was annoying since I didn't want him to come out in the first place and I was in the middle of trying to feed my child and get ready for the next day. He provided an estimate that was comparable to other contractors. However upon further review I decided I would continue to look at other contractors that could offer me a longer manufacturer warranty. He left me a message and indicated he would provide me a longer manufacturer warranty using a different product than the one I wanted. I emailed him again stating that I was no longer interested. The owner Henry called me and tried to convince me how great his company was and that I needed to give them my business. I told him I needed to discontinue the call because I needed to call in to a meeting. He continued to try and convince me to use his company. I told him how rude it was to continue to tie up my line when I needed to make a business call in order to make the money to pay for the roof replacement. He asked whether it would be better to call at another time. I hung up without responding. He called me the next day at work and started pressuring me again about using his company. I told him I didn't want to use his company and that if he called me again I would consider it harassment. He stated he was glad he wasn't installing my roof and I agreed and hung up. I have received numerous free estimates in my many years of owning a home and I have never experienced anything like this before. It was hard to believe that I was dealing with an owner and that he could be so unprofessional and desperate. I will forever keep this company and owner in my memory so that I will never make the mistake of contacting them against for any type of service. Contractors please keep in mind when you offer someone a free estimate it's just that FREE no obligation to use or purchase.

The remodel went great! Henry and Scott are great to work with and we always felt that we had the information we needed to make decisions. The remodel started on time and was complete on time. Many contractors I've had in the past promise to complete work and then have several small thing sleft undone. Not these guys. They completed every detail and then some. The workmanship was amazing and we're very picky. We trusted them with our key and left the house since it was the only bathroom. We came back and found the work complete and the house in order with no problems. I woudl highly recommend Henry and Scott and am looking forward to remodeling my kitchen next year with them.
