Really "classy" employees you have. Cannot say I appreciated them yelling things like "c*nt" and "c*ck sucker" from the neighbor's roof around my child.

As with many others in the Northland- we experienced storm damage. We called more than one company for an estimate for our roof. Tim J came out on 8/11/2016. Because my husband has had Perrault do work on a roof previously- we submitted their estimate to our insurance. Our insurance requested a breakdown for what the estimate was. This is where we have gotten nothing except the run around! My husband called the company and spoke with Julie.
She suggested that he call Tim J directly. Tim stated at that time that he was up on the Iron Range- but would do it the following morning. Nothing was done. More calls to the company and to Tim. State Farm called yesterday 9/8/16 and stated that the message he received from Tim was that his (Tim) car was in the shop-had been there for 2 weeks and the paperwork needed was in the car. He could not get it! Today, 9/9/16- I called and spoke with Julie.
She stated I needed to talk to Tim. She said that she had just spoken with him-so he was near his phone. No answer! I left a message requesting a call back. It is now 4:25 p.m. No call was returned. I had also asked Julie how to file a grievance against Tim. She stated that I needed to speak with Jim. She would leave him a message. No call from him either. I looked at the BBB- this company has a A+ rating!
How did they get that? At this point-I am extremely angry and it takes a lot to get me mad. Other companies have more work than they can handle because of all the storm damage. In the meantime- we are left with a roof that is damaged and with every rain storm- we watch water run down the face of our fireplace!
