Water and mold damage. This company has very bad communication with customer. Never called or said when they were coming back to finish job. We had to call multiple times. Lindsay in the office says she will see what's going on with job about three different times never did and always acted like she didn't know that we were waiting for job to get finished. The job has been done now for about 10 days and they still have not gotten all there supplies from the home.
Also they damaged some of our furniture took pics and never called to say what they are going to do about it. One of there employees told us he HATES working for them and gets yelled at by every customer because the customers are mad about not getting jobs done in a timely manner and poor communication. When down a room in your house it is very inconvenient and just to know a time line would have been helpful! FYI Chad I rent this home your customer would be the home owner and you can leave your personal number and I would be happy to call you, I have tried calling your office at least 10 times

Did an excellent job on my flooded basement, going to be taking care of my Mom in Longmont as soon as they can get to her house! Would not trust anyone else! Thanks for all you do during these devastating times!
