Dixon was quick to respond to our request for a quote. The salesperson, Ian was friendly, professional and efficient. He was honest about rising prices and availability. The paint they use is of a high quality ( compared to the "builders grade") on the house. He and my husband together came up with a "fix" to some unsightly areas from the previous remodel. Team that completed the work were hard working and cleaned up well. Michael, their supervisor kept us informed of plans and progress. We paid more then other quotes but it was worth it. A high quality job, and we would use them again.

Dixon Painting was the first painting company to ever paint our house almost 17 years ago and have been our main painting company through the years. they will be the only company from now on. A little over a year ago, we made the mistake of letting someone else paint the inside of our house and won't do that again. The crew from Dixon that came out to paint the outside of our house was simply the best. Chico (lead) and Lois worked hard repairing rotted wood, painting and took the time to discuss every concern I had. The advice Chico gave me on the shutter color, the trim helped me make the perfect choice on the paint there. They are talented, hard working while also being professional and pleasant to be around. Our house looked brand new when they finished and they left our yard and driveway looking like no one had been there- everything neat and back in it's place. Paul our salesperson took the time to listen to my needs, put together the perfect crew and followed up with me every step of the way. I am so glad we called Dixon and could not be more pleased with our team, Paul, Chico and Lois! (We did have one other person working on the first day and I do apologize for no knowing his name, but he did a great job as well!

I just needed my house pressure washed. However, they have a minimum of $2500. So I added a deck repainting. We've had our house painted twice by them, as well as my daughter's. They were timely, professional, friendly and they will review and determine any problems and not cover them up. I highly recommend them. I gave them the 4 rating only because of the minimum requirement.

I contacted Dixon Painting after searching Yelp and seeing that they have fantastic reviews. I immediately received a response when I reached out for a quote and was able to schedule a walk through shortly thereafter.
My main point of contact was Ian and he was fabulous to work with. He was always prompt and professional when communicating a s guaranteed that I'd love the job.
I had the entire interior of my home painted as well as my cabinets refinished. The work was stellar and my home looked completely new when I returned from vacation. I'd highly recommend Dixon Painting and Ian for your painting needs.

Never again - used 3 yrs ago for interior job the contacted again to do exterior quote. After 2 weeks and repeated unanswered calls about the quote they said lost money on our last job because the crew they used did a shit job and they had to come back with another crew to finish - not my problem - why come out and measure for exterior quote - then say after two week not going to quote - just say that at the start - Bad Business

We had our house and fence painted by Dixon Painting. The work was good, and their employees worked diligently to get the job done. I liked that the salesperson that quoted the job to me was on site every other day or so checking out the progress. There were no surprises as far as price, etc. I did pay a lot to get the painting done, but it was done right, and looks very good. I would definitely use them again and refer them to other people.

This is a first class, professional company. The price they quoted was very fair and the painting and siding they did on my house was as good as it gets. The workers were very courteous and after the workers finished they cleaned up the house perfectly. Highly recommend.

We used Dixon to paint the exterior of our house. David Arroyo, who was the project manager, spent a good deal of time on the estimate, and made sure he checked on the job regularly to ensure we were happy. We had three different companies bid the job, and Dixon was very competitive. The crew did a great job on everything. I was especially happy with the wood repair they did. I've had issues in the past with painters just "bondo-ing over" rot, but Dixon removed the rotted wood everywhere, and replaced it with excellent carpenter skills. I'd definitely use them again.

I received five different quotes from the top rated painters on yelp. Not one of the companies came close to Dixon's price. David Arroyo was our sales rep and or point of contact.
He is 100% professional and he was not going to allow his competitors to under bid him.
We had three color changes on the outside of the house and one color change on the inside of our home. We could not believe the price. Dixon was 15% less then their competitors.
Then the crew showed up on time, keep the yard clean and neat while painting. The crew finished ahead of schedule.
To include David or Mauricio showed up everyday to inspect the work site and quality.
The crew did not have any over spray on the house nor windows.
Make sure you ask for the crew that did our home in Smyrna.
PS - the crew even painted our mailbox and post for free..can not say enough about professionalism and dedication to excellence.

Dixon painted the entire interior of our home - wall to wall, closets,ceilings, and trim. The place looks fantastic! There were two small issues that required them to return for some touch up. Each time, they were completely agreeable and willing to come make it right, which they did. The owner, office staff, and each of the crew members were always courteous, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. We will use Dixon Painting again.
