Some people made up outlandish scientific stories - condensation, ice damming, pipe expansion, etc. Paul came in and assessed the issue.

Excellent experience overall from start to finish! We fully renovated 2 bathrooms, created an open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room / dining room, built a barn door pantry, refinished our lower level (basement) and did white wainscoting throughout the house. High-quality work with strong attention to detail. Reliable contractor with constant communication each and every step of the way. Ideas to help us decide exactly what we want and great suggestions throughout the entire process. Paul is wonderful to deal with and Jimmy was a great Project Manager, always easily able to reach and constantly ensuring that we were completely happy with every step. They finished both on time and on budget! Highly recommend!
