Dinning Room - This customer had us remodel their kitchen but also wanted us to put on an addition for a dinning area for the new kitchen. They wanted the room so they could have conversation with family while cooking but also to enjoy the great view they have in their back yard.

If you have a home that needs a complete remodel we can do this. Wether it is a small home or a large home, does it need a complete gut or just a few rooms repaired we can do the work. Complete Remodel - We completely guted this home on 42nd street in Des Moines. This home was built in 1920 and had nothing done to it since then. As you can see from the photos it needed some work. We finished off a room in the loft (first and third photo). This made a great bedroom for a lucky teenager. We refinished all the oak wood work upstairs and down and added a bathroom in the basement.

We can remodel your old bathroom the way you want it, to update the old fixtures or to replace your old tub. We can add granite tops to your sinks, or laminate tops. We can tile the floors or use linolium. We can replace your tub with a fibeglass tub/shower unit or add in a whirlpool tub. Basement Bathroom - If you need a place to get away at home you can do as this customer did. They addeed a bathroom in their basement with a whirlpool, mirrors and a double shower. We tiled the area around the tub and the floors.

New Home Basement - We can finish your basement in your new home to make it a game room or another family room. We can customize it with rooms and cabenitry to make it the personal space you dreamed of. In these photos we made a game room and a family room with a full bathroom.

Older Kitchen Made New - This kitchen was never updated since the home was built in 1920. As you can see in the before pictures it was in need of remodeling. We used cabinets from one of the large home improvement stores. As you can see we were able to stay with the old farm house look with the new cabinets and yet make it comfortable to work in. Customer Assited Kitchen Design - This kitchen the customer sat down with us and designed this the way they wanted it. We worked together on the details to makee sure everything fit the way it should.
